An international team is developing and testing a robotic surgical platform. We are looking for a Mid-level Test Engineer who will own a module/subsystem, plan testing activities, improve coverage and contribute to test automation.

Requirements

Must have:

• 2–4 years of experience in software testing (ideally complex systems: embedded, medical, automotive, robotics, etc.).

Requirements:

- Your English level at least Intermediate;
- Experience in the position of Lead Generation Manager in an IT company from 3 years;
- Experience working with Upwork or Mail, LinkedIn;

Responsibilities:

- Research, identify, and reach out to potential leads through Upwork, Mail, LinkedIn;

- Own the full Upwork lead-generation process end-to-end, including strategy optimization, profile improvement, hypothesis testing, and increasing conversion rates;

Requirements:

• Proficiency with React and TypeScript for frontend development
• Strong backend development experience with Python and PostgreSQL, including schema design and migrations (SQLAlchemy + Alembic)
• Hands-on experience working with Apache Airflow, including DAG's and backend integrations
