Role Mission

The Head of Sales is accountable for leading the sales function and driving growth by designing, building, and scaling an AI- and automation-powered sales engine that delivers a predictable pipeline and revenue growth, increases conversion speed and efficiency, and outperforms traditional agency sales models through data-driven experimentation and disciplined execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the transformation of sales into a scalable, AI- and automation-enabled operating model where repetitive work is automated, and the team focuses on higher-value activities: experimentation, process improvement, relationship-building, and conversion quality.
• Define the architecture of sales processes, communicate requirements and set priorities for the implementation team, and continuously improve automation and AI workflows to ensure they outperform manual execution and fit the company’s broader ecosystem as the business scales.
• Improve outreach effectiveness through sharper ICP and buyer persona definition, higher targeting quality, and continuous optimization of AI-assisted messaging, prompts, and workflows.
• Build and operate a predictable revenue engine across outbound, referrals, partnerships, and account expansion channels.
• Own sales strategy, pipeline generation, conversion performance, and revenue targets.
• Conduct sales calls.
• Oversee the account management approach for newly won accounts to ensure strong onboarding, relationship continuity, and expansion opportunities.
• Standardize the sales process, CRM discipline, and reporting practices.
• Lead and structure the SDR team with clear accountability, role clarity, and performance expectations.
• Establish a strong performance management system through KPIs, OKRs, regular reviews, and clear accountability mechanisms.
• Drive a culture of disciplined metrics tracking and real-time visibility into sales process efficiency and commercial performance.
• Ensure tight alignment between Sales, Marketing, Recruitment, and Operations to support consistent demand generation, conversion, delivery readiness, and client growth.

Key Initiatives Under the Head of Sales Ownership

The Head of Sales owns outcomes across:

• Outbound lead generation and continuous experimentation.
• Funnel conversion and pipeline optimization.
• AI SDR workflows, including lead response and follow-up automation.
• Trigger-based outreach driven by buying signals such as new hires, funding, and hiring gaps.
• Referral program development.
• Sales calls.
• Reactivation of former clients and lost opportunities.
• Sales knowledge systems and documentation, with Notion serving as the source of truth.

Execution may be delegated — ownership is not.

Required Competencies

• Strong B2B service sales leadership experience, ideally in IT staffing, recruitment, or tech services.

Responsibilities:

This is not a generic WordPress or template implementation role. We are looking for someone who has real experience building custom, design-forward websites from scratch, especially for design studios, creative agencies, premium brands, or high-end digital products.

You should be comfortable owning both front-end and back-end development, working closely with designers, translating detailed design systems into polished production websites, and making smart technical decisions without needing heavy supervision.

The Role

We are looking for a Senior AI / Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, and deploy production ML systems that sit at the heart of our identity graph and scoring platform. You will work at the intersection of machine learning, graph data, and real-time systems, owning models end to end—from feature engineering and training through deployment, monitoring, and iteration.

This role is highly hands-on and impact-driven. You will help define Tie’s ML architecture, ship models that operate at sub-second latency, and partner closely with platform engineering to ensure our AI systems scale reliably.

What You’ll Do

• Design and deploy production-grade ML models for identity resolution, propensity scoring, deliverability, and personalization
• Build and maintain feature pipelines across batch and real-time systems (BigQuery, streaming events, graph-derived features)
• Develop and optimize classification models (e.g., XGBoost, logistic regression) with strong handling of class imbalance and noisy labels
• Integrate ML models directly with graph databases to support real-time inference and identity scoring
• Own model lifecycle concerns: evaluation, monitoring, drift detection, retraining, and performance reporting
• Partner with engineering to expose models via low-latency APIs and scalable services
• Contribute to GPU-accelerated and large-scale data processing efforts as we push graph computation from hours to minutes
• Help shape ML best practices, tooling, and standards across the team

What You’ll Bring

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning systems in production
• Strong proficiency in Python for ML, data processing, and model serving
• Hands-on experience with feature engineering, model training, and evaluation for real-world datasets
• Ability to travel outside of Ukraine is a must
• Experience deploying ML models via APIs or services (e.g., FastAPI, containers, Kubernetes)
• Solid understanding of data modeling, SQL, and analytical workflows
• Experience working in a cloud environment (GCP, AWS, or equivalent)
• Experience with graph data, graph databases, or graph-based ML

• Familiarity with Neo4j, Cypher, or graph algorithms (community detection, entity resolution)

  Preferred / Bonus Experience

• Experience with XGBoost, tree-based models, or similar classical ML approaches
• Exposure to real-time or streaming systems (Kafka, Pub/Sub, event-driven architectures)
