We're an enthusiastic team of 10 building and pushing iOS apps in Health & Wellness. Five years on the market, 8M+ combined downloads, a 4.9 average App Store rating, an App Store App of the Year winner, and Apple Design Award finalist.

Who we're looking for
A professional who moves fast and thinks in experiments. We don't sit in approval cycles, we don't write strategy decks for the sake of decks, and we don't wait for the perfect plan - we test, measure, and iterate. We need someone who works the same way: forms hypotheses, ships them quickly, kills what doesn't work, and doubles down on what does.
What you'll own
- Influencer partnerships โ sourcing, negotiating, briefing, tracking results
- Organic UGC at scale โ TikTok, Instagram, X, Lemon8 across multiple accounts, fast iteration
- Paid acquisition โ Meta, TikTok, X, Pinterest campaigns + web funnels, with subscription funnel testing across our trial/monthly/lifetime models
- ASO and Apple Search Ads โ full ownership
- AI automation across the function โ we already use AI in content production; you'll build workflows, not just use tools
You'll work with our designer, marketing, and content specialist, and report directly to the Co-founder & COO.
You're a fit if you have
- 3+ years of hands-on mobile app growth (paid + organic + influencer)
- Influencer deals end-to-end โ sourcing, negotiating, measuring
- UGC at scale across multiple accounts with content that performed
- Paid campaigns experience with accountability for CPA / ROAS / payback
- AI-native working style - you build automations, not just prompts
- Subscription monetization fluency (trials, paywalls, funnel logic)
- iPhone user
Bonus: ASO and Apple Search Ads & launching apps from zero.
Schedule
13:00-22:00 Kyiv time, available in chats. This overlaps US influencer/partner conversations and our internal founder team's hours.
Hiring process

- Test task โ Part 1: short written playbook (1โ2h, unpaid). Part 2: paid test on a real project (up to 6h)
