We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join the Product Marketing team at Ajax Systems.

This high-impact, cross-functional role is well-suited to a curious and driven marketer who thrives in complexity, values autonomy, and understands how to collaborate effectively across teams.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll have solid knowledge of Ajax’s hardware and software by working closely with R&D teams. At the same time, you’ll stay plugged into market needs by engaging with regional marketers, business development managers, and our partners. Your mission: craft strong product positioning and messaging, shape marketing approach, and develop content and tools that fuel awareness and boost sales worldwide.

You’ll be part of a small yet powerful product marketing team, where every member brings unique expertise and shared knowledge that ensures a bigger impact. While each PMM has a specific product direction and broad decision-making authority, success here depends on teamwork, clear communication, mutual support, thinking clearly in any situation, and practical problem-solving.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

• Market research and competitor analysis.
• Positioning and key messaging for products.
• Creating internal product documentation — to present the product to marketing, tech support, and the sales force.
• Creating TORs for marketing content: articles, website pages, advertising, technical videos, and, in some cases, even product web tools: configurators, calculators.
• Participating in the development of go-to-market strategies. 
• Developing B2B product presentations.
• Participating in the development of product promotion campaigns. 
• Coordinating product releases and global and local market launches.
• Post-launch product support.
• Analysing product launch and sales results and finding ways to improve outcomes.

As a Junior Salesforce Developer, you will be implementing Salesforce solutions following industry best practices. 

Requirements:  

• 1+ years of experience with Salesforce platform 
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.  
• Hands-on experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Familiarity with Aura and Visualforce. 
• Solid understanding of Salesforce declarative tools such as Flows, Validation Rules, and App Builder. 
• Awareness of Salesforce integration (REST/SOAP APIs) and basic knowledge of data migration tools.  
• Salesforce Developer certifications will be a plus. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
• English level: Intermediate 

Responsibilities:  

• Collaborate with Salesforce Consultants/Technical Architects to understand requirements for Salesforce solutions.  
• Assist in the research, development, unit-testing, and deployment of custom solutions within the Salesforce platform.  
• Configure Salesforce applications, including data schema, security model, and automation tools, to support business processes and implementation goals. 
• Develop and maintain Apex logic and Lightning components to build intuitive and responsive user interfaces and logic. 
• Work with other developers, administrators, and stakeholders to integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications.  
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of Salesforce solutions under supervision.  
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to recommend improvements and implement new functionalities.
