Шукаємо Product Manager - талановитого професіонала, який/яка разом з командою працюватиме над покращенням монетизації продукту, яким користуються десятки мільйонів людей у всьому світі. Будемо вибудовувати таку стратегію ціноутворення, яка базується на потребах користувачів, з врахуванням конкурентного середовища та росту продукту.

Твої основні задачі:

• Розробка цінової стратегії з урахуванням географії, каналів трафіку, типів користувачів та знижок на платформах iOS & Android;
• Проведення A/B тестів з монетизації на різних етапах використання додатку: онбординг, engagement, спеціальні пропозиції, cancel rate тощо;
• Аналіз конкурентів та ринку для обох платформ (iOS & Android);
• Синхронізація дорожньої карти монетизації з загальною продуктовою стратегією;
• Співпраця з аналітиками, дизайнерами, технічною командою, PMM;
• Участь у розробці стратегії утримання користувачів через роботу з cancel/rebill rate.

Наш ідеальний кандидат має:

• 1+ років досвіду на позиції Product Manager/Product Marketing Manager/Product analyst;
• Досвід роботи з монетизацією мобільних або вебпродуктів;
• Досвід запуску A/B тестів і роботи з даними;
• Досвід роботи з Amplitude / Mixpanel / GA;
• Розуміння UX і впливу продуктового досвіду на метрики монетизації;
• Знання англійської на рівні Intermediate +;
• Ініціативність та проактивність у прийнятті рішень;

Your skills: 

Backend: 

• 4+ years of experience with Kotlin and/or Java for backend development.  
• Strong experience with Spring Boot framework.  
• Experience with Docker and containerized applications.  
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.  
• Experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs.  
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and patterns.  
• Experience with on-premise and cloud-based deployments.  
• Proficiency in secure coding practices and understanding of security best practices for backend systems.  
• Familiarity with scalability strategies and performance optimization in backend services.  
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).  
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes, including GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar tools.  
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).  
• Experience with database technologies, both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB). 

Frontend: 

•  Experience with React.js for building business applications (forms, lists, controls). 
• Experience with modern frontend development tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, npm). 
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript. 
• Understanding of state management frameworks (e.g., Redux). 

Nice to have: 

• Knowledge of additional programming languages or tools. 
• Experience in system architecture design and understanding of distributed systems.   
• Proficiency in designing user interfaces with a focus on usability and performance. 
• Knowledge of building automation and physical access control systems.
