This is an apprenticeship role, we will teach you everything, but some basic experience and interest in Wordpress and in Software Development in general is needed.

+ The job consist in making WordPress adjustments and edits, based on client requirements. You can use AI tools like Claude Code to aid you in the task, and ask help to a Team Leader.

• Python Expert: Strong proficiency in modern Python. Deep understanding of asynchronous programming (asyncio) patterns is mandatory, as our entire I/O pipeline (Network, DB, LLM) is non-blocking. Experience with FastAPI and Pydantic (v2).

Deep LLM Expertise (What we mean by "Deep"):

• Non-determinism Management: Strategies for handling LLM hallucinations and ensuring reliable outputs (e.g., self-correction loops, specific prompting techniques like CoT/ReAct).
• Structured Outputs: Experience forcing LLMs to adhere to strict schemas (Pydantic/JSON mode) for reliable downstream processing.
• Context Optimization: Advanced strategies for managing limited context windows (summarization chains, sliding windows, selective context injection) beyond simple truncation.

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive/Project Assistant to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO). 
Your primary goal will be to become the CTO’s trusted right hand in operational processes, assist with IT project management, and coordinate development teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Project and Task Management: Plan and organize the CTO’s workday, coordinate internal and external meetings, manage workspaces in Jira and Confluence, monitor project statuses, track deadlines, and collect development metrics.

• Communication Coordination: Serve as a liaison between the CTO, Team Leads, and other departments within the company.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a Project Assistant, Project Coordinator, or Junior Project Manager (experience within IT companies is a strong advantage).

• Technical Proficiency: Strong command of modern workplace tools (Google Workspace/Microsoft 365, Slack/Telegram, Notion/Confluence) and basic knowledge of Jira and other task management platforms.

• IT Industry Knowledge: Understanding of basic IT terminology (frontend, backend, QA, releases, sprints) and familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum).

• Soft Skills: Excellent self-organization and attention to detail, resilience under pressure, and the ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations. Head of Buying (Nutra / Facebook / Google Ads)

Responsibilities:

• Launching and scaling advertising campaigns in the Nutra vertical (Facebook / Google Ads)
• Developing, testing, and optimizing ad funnels (creatives, offers, funnels)
• Managing a team of media buyers (hiring, training, performance monitoring)
• Tracking and optimizing key metrics: ROI, CPA, CPL, LTV
• Managing advertising budgets and ensuring efficient allocation
• Building and optimizing internal processes (reporting, KPIs, workflow)
• Identifying new hypotheses and growth opportunities for scaling

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience in traffic arbitrage
• Experience working with Nutra and traffic sources such as Facebook Ads and/or Google Ads
