CRM Consultant
We are looking for a CRM Consultant to join an international project focused on the further development and optimization of a Slate CRM.
Slate is a specialized CRM platform widely used by educational institutions, universities, and non-profit organizations for managing admissions, fundraising, constituent relationships, communications, and operational workflows.
We are looking for someone who has:
- 3+ years of experience working with CRM platforms
- Hands-on experience with at least one CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Creatio, Microsoft Dynamics, or a comparable solution)
- Ability to analyze business processes and design effective system solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
- English level B2+
Responsibilities:
- What you'll be working on
- Configuration, maintenance, and ongoing support of the Slate CRM platform
- Implementation of new functionality and continuous improvement of existing system processes
- Analysis of business requirements and translation of business needs into CRM solutions
- Support and optimization of integrations with external systems and third-party tools
- Participation in client meetings, gathering requirements, and proposing improvements
- Documentation of system logic, configurations, and implemented solutions
Testing new functionality and supporting end users during rollout and adoption
