Fit4Me is looking for an Email Marketing Manager who will take full ownership of email marketing and grow it into a standalone revenue channel.

You’ll run email marketing end to end: build the strategy, set up automated flows in Reteno, run A/B tests, and work with segmentation and content.

You’ll work with a database of 600K–1M users across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and the EU. Email currently drives less than 1% of purchases, with a goal of reaching 1.5–2% during your probation period.

This is a solo role reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer.

Impact areas:

• Audit existing flows (abandoned quiz / checkout, onboarding, upsell, retention, win-back) and implement changes that drive the biggest increase in purchases.
• Maintain a backlog of hypotheses and A/B tests — from subject lines and offers to timing and flow logic — and take every test through to a clear conclusion.
• Segment the audience by behavior, funnel stage, geography, and quiz responses, and personalize messaging based on user data.
• Analyze the funnel (Delivered → Open → Click → Checkout → Purchase → Revenue), work with Product and Analytics to set up tracking and attribution, and regularly report on email’s contribution to business metrics.
• Maintain domain reputation and list health: bounce, spam, and unsubscribe rates, as well as consent and compliance requirements across the EU, UK, US, Canada, and Australia.
• Write email copy; design is handled by the UX team.
• Propose how to grow the channel further and back your recommendations with data for the Chief Growth Officer.

What we expect from you:

• 3+ years of commercial experience in Email / CRM / Lifecycle Marketing for subscription-based products (B2C or B2B).
• Experience owning email channel performance end to end — from strategy to purchases, not just campaign execution.
• A proven example of growing email-driven revenue or sales that you can break down into steps and numbers: what you changed, how you measured it, and what impact it had.
• Hands-on experience independently setting up and launching lifecycle and trigger-based flows with measurable results.
• Experience running A/B tests: how you formulate hypotheses, evaluate results, and decide what to scale.
• Ability to work with core business metrics (Purchase CR, revenue per send, LTV, retention) and assess attribution and incrementality.
• Strong understanding of email deliverability: domain reputation, authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), IP/domain warming, and recovering inbox placement.
• Hands-on experience with ESPs (Reteno, Braze, Customer.io, Klaviyo, or similar): segmentation, flows, and reporting.
• Experience running email campaigns across international markets (US, UK, Canada, Australia, EU) and understanding consent requirements: GDPR / ePrivacy / CAN-SPAM / CASL.
• English at B2+ level.

Nice to have:

• Experience in Health & Fitness / Wellness.
• Experience with Amplitude, Tableau, or other analytics / BI tools.

This role is a great fit if you:

• Want to see the direct impact of your decisions on product growth and revenue.
• Rely on data and are ready to change your approach when the numbers point in a different direction.
• Proactively identify what to test next, run experiments, and drive them through to measurable results.
• Feel comfortable in a solo role and are ready to build the email function with the potential to grow it into a dedicated team.

The role involves designing high-load services, working with distributed systems, improving backend architecture, and implementing modern patterns for asynchronous processing and real-time communication.

You’ll work with an existing production codebase, contribute to the migration strategy, and help the team gradually transition services from Node.js to a scalable Go-based architecture.

Requirements

• 4+ years of backend development experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Go / Golang
• Strong understanding of Go fundamentals, concurrency, goroutines, channels, interfaces, contexts, and error handling
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis

• Ability to design scalable, maintainable, and reliable backend services
• Ability to read, understand, refactor, and migrate existing codebases
• Strong understanding of performance optimization and observability
• High attention to detail

Nice to have

• Experience with Node.js / NestJS, especially in projects migrating from Node.js to Go
• Previous experience migrating production services between technology stacks
• Deep knowledge of Go concurrency patterns and performance optimization
• Experience with gRPC / Protocol Buffers
• Deep knowledge of Redis, including MULTI/EXEC, data structures, Lua scripts, and Pub/Sub
• Experience with message brokers and event-driven systems
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments
• Basic understanding of prompt engineering, AI agents, and AI skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Golang
• Design and implement high-load, scalable microservices
• Help the engineering team migrate existing Node.js/NestJS services to Go
• Analyze the existing Node.js architecture and define appropriate Go implementations
• Refactor and gradually replace existing Node.js services while maintaining system stability
• Design APIs and service-to-service communication using REST, WebSockets, RPC/gRPC, and event-driven patterns
• Work with asynchronous architectures, queues, and distributed systems
• Optimize backend performance, reliability, and scalability
• Improve architecture and engineering practices during the migration
• Review code and contribute to technical decisions
• Collaborate with developers and other cross-functional team members

About the Project

You’ll build and lead a SOC team from scratch for a global SaaS company (unicorn-stage, 20+ offices, Fortune 500 clients). The customer Security team is super strong and the stack is superior. As the first SOC leader (in charge of 6 Tier 2 analysts), you’ll upgrade existing response processes so the internal team can focus on security engineering.

You’re the escalation point for your analysts and the client’s IT, DevOps, and App Security teams, and you own 24/7 coverage, SOC KPIs, and the feedback loop to Security Engineering. This is not a ticket-closing role: you set the tone for how incidents are handled.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the team: run the L2 analysts day-to-day (prioritization, playbooks, escalations), hold team syncs and handovers, and mentor and onboard analysts
• Own 24/7 coverage: build and maintain shift schedules and on-call rotations so the SOC is always staffed
• Own incident response: lead the full lifecycle from triage to closure, coordinate high-severity events and run post-incident reviews
• Investigate hands-on: be the escalation point and work complex alerts alongside analysts, beyond Tier 2 capability
• Measure and report: track team and individual performance and out comes against KPIs and SLAs (MTTA, MTTR, SLA compliance, false positive rate, backlog) and report to management and the client
• Bridge to Security Engineering: turn analyst pain points (false positives, alert fatigue, detection gaps) into detection tuning and improvement suggestions.
• Communicate clearly: work with the client’s security team at technical and managerial level, with honest status updates, including when something is unknown

What You Bring

Hard requirements (non-negotiable):

• 5+ years in SOC / incident response roles, including prior Tier 2/3 analyst experience. Not just monitoring: actual IR ownership
• 2+ years of team lead or management experience in a SOC, including shift lead or mentoring responsibility
• Proven experience building and running 24/7 shift schedules and on-call rotations, and keeping coverage intact in practice
• Proven experience owning SOC KPIs and SLAs (MTTA, MTTR, SLA compliance): you can show how you measured a team and improved it
• Experience leading or coordinating a team during an active incident, and the ability to describe it step by step
• Cloud / AWS security experience: ability to investigate and respond to cloud alerts on day one
• SaaS investigation experience
• SIEM hands-on: Splunk (required), with the ability to write and read SPL queries. CrowdStrike SIEM is a strong plus
• EDR: Microsoft Defender and/or CrowdStrike
• Working knowledge of both Windows and macOS environments
• Strong communication skills, bridging SOC operations and Security Engineering. Intellectual honesty: you say “I don’t know” when you don’t know

Strong plus:

• Identity platforms: Okta, Azure AD
• SOAR automation and threat hunting
• Experience building a SOC at level 4-5 based on SOC-CMM
• Feeding analyst findings into detection engineering (tuning, new detections)

Things that won’t work here

• Only closing alerts without owning the IR process
• Never having owned a shift schedule, on-call rota or KPI reporting
• Managing from the sidelines instead of investigating alongside the team
• Confident wrong answers instead of acknowledged gaps
• No ability to describe team coordination during a real incident

Tech Stack

Splunk · Microsoft Defender · CrowdStrike · Okta · AWS

What We Offer

• Superior technical team and a great customer with massive modern infrastructure
• AI everywhere, with the ability to automate every step: work smarter, not harder
• Real ownership from day one to build the SOC processes, coverage model and KPIs
• Direct collaboration with the client’s senior security team
• Warsaw office (day shifts), with a flexible on-call and night coverage model you design with your team
• Relocation support

What you’ll do:
• Build and maintain relationships with VIP players
• Communicate via calls, messengers, SMS & email
• Retain active and reactivate inactive players
• Work with personalized bonuses and offers
• Provide a high level of personalized customer service

Requirements:
• Fluent German + English/Russian
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• iGaming / VIP / Sales / Customer Support experience is a plus, but not required

Conditions:
• Fully remote
• Location doesn’t matter
• Up to $2,000 + bonuses depending on experience & language level
• Crypto payments
• New team — great opportunity to join the project at an early stage

Our client is a global leader in eye-care medical devices. We are taking full engineering ownership of their Service Cloud: an AWS-based platform that connects thousands of surgical and diagnostic devices worldwide. About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on engineer to take ownership of incoming drones from OEM partners — confirm they’re fit to fly, resolve or escalate issues, and hand them over to pilots in a ready and reliable state.

This role sits between OEM supply, engineering, testing and pilot operations. You’ll be the person who makes sure aircraft arriving into Occam aren’t just present, but actually usable. When it’s done well, pilots don’t lose time on issues that should have been caught earlier, engineering gets clear feedback on recurring defects, and OEM quality improves.

This is a hands-on engineering role in a fast-moving defence-tech environment. It takes strong technical judgement, attention to detail, practical problem-solving and the confidence to say when something isn’t ready.

What you’ll own

Incoming drone acceptance

• Run structured acceptance checks on UAS platforms arriving from OEMs
