VIP Manager German Speaking

We’re hiring VIP Managers for a new international iGaming project focused on DACH, Scandinavia, and the UK.

What you’ll do:
• Build and maintain relationships with VIP players
• Communicate via calls, messengers, SMS & email
• Retain active and reactivate inactive players
• Work with personalized bonuses and offers
• Provide a high level of personalized customer service

Requirements:
• Fluent German + English/Russian 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• iGaming / VIP / Sales / Customer Support experience is a plus, but not required

Conditions:
• Fully remote
• Location doesn’t matter
• Up to $2,000 + bonuses depending on experience & language level
