Project Manager / QA Engineer Offline

B2B SaaS platform combining LinkedIn Ads optimization, website visitor identification, and revenue attribution in one decision layer. 

Why this role exists

A hybrid role to free up the CTO from coordination overhead and build automated QA from scratch, powered by AI tooling.

What you'll do:

PM (primary):
— Turn requirements into developer-ready tasks/epics in ClickUp
— Run sprint planning & retrospectives, keep the team unblocked
— Own documentation and requirement breakdowns

QA (secondary):
— Build automated testing from scratch: E2E, regression, API
— Triage bugs by root cause (frontend/backend)
— Write test plans, build real regression coverage

Requirements
— 3–5 years total: (1.5+ yrs PM/product management, 1.5+ yrs QA)
— Experience with sprint planning/retrospectives
— Strong self-management across PM and QA
— QA background shifting toward automation 
— Working SQL (Postgres/Clickhouse a plus)
— Actively using AI tools in your own workflow
— English B1+

Nice to have:
— B2B SaaS experience
— Martech background (attribution, ad tech, CRM)
— English C1
