Back-End Team Lead (Node.js) Igaming/Gamedev

Our client, an iGaming game development company, is looking for an experienced Back-End Team Lead to lead backend development and contribute to the development of gaming products.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the iGaming or GameDev industry, preferably iGaming.
• Strong experience with Node.js.
• Solid knowledge of MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Experience designing and developing scalable backend systems.
• Previous experience leading a backend development team.

• Strong technical leadership and problem-solving skills.

   

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the back-end development team.
• Design and maintain backend architecture.
• Ensure code quality, performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with other teams to deliver gaming product features.

• Make technical decisions and improve development processes.
