Key Responsibilities:

• Develop advertising creatives: banners, animations, and video content.
• Design UI/UX layouts in Figma, ensuring intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Maintain and enhance the visual style of products, including landing pages and PWA products.
• Animate and edit videos using After Effects or Premiere for dynamic marketing materials.
• Generate new creative ideas to improve conversion rates and test hypotheses with marketing and media teams.
   

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in iGaming design.
• Understanding of market specifics and trends, including cultural nuances.
• Ability to adapt visuals for local preferences and market requirements.
• Experience testing creatives, analyzing results, and iterating designs based on CTR/CR metrics.
• Basic copywriting skills and integrating text effectively into visuals.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Portfolio with relevant examples of advertising campaigns, landing pages, and animations.
   

Skills & Competencies:

• Marketing and traffic arbitrage understanding to create high-performing visuals.
• Creativity combined with analytical thinking to assess effectiveness of ideas.
• Flexibility to work across formats: static banners to complex animations.
