Responsibilities:

The Technical Lead will oversee the technical strategy and execution of fintech projects, managing a distributed team of Python developers and ensuring seamless delivery on AWS infrastructure. Key Responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate a remote development team across multiple time zones to deliver high-quality fintech software solutions.
• Oversee project architecture, development, deployment, and performance optimization using Python and AWS.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular progress updates and strategic technical insights.

Mandatory Skills Description:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Solid experience with AWS (ECS, Lambda, S3, CloudFormation, RDS or similar services).
• Previous experience leading distributed or cross-cultural engineering teams.
