We are seeking a qualified Senior Business Analyst / Proxy Product Owner with extensive experience in data-driven projects of varying complexity, ideally with a strong background in Data Warehouse (DWH) development and BI reporting to join an internal company project.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain BI dashboards and regular analytical reports using Apache Superset, and occasionally Power BI, Tableau
- Create report prototypes and analytical visualizations independently when needed
- Contribute to the automation, standardization, and optimization of reporting processes
- Conduct demo sessions for stakeholders and prepare user documentation to facilitate adoption of delivered solutions
Requirements:
- 3β4 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst working on data-intensive projects involving BI solutions, reporting, and data platform development
- Confident SQL skills and a solid understanding of data modeling principles
- Practical experience with BI tools (Superset, Power BI, preferably Tableau)
- Experience in building and presenting dashboards
- Strong understanding of iterative ways of working, especially Scrum
- Upper-Intermediate level of English
