Requirements

• Proven experience working with subscription-based monetization apps.
• 1+ years of experience in Creative production role.
• Proven track record on the web and mobile app’s industry, ideally within a UA-focused environment.
• Deep expertise in producing and optimizing marketing creatives for web and mobile apps — across video, static, UGC, and playable formats.
• Strong creative skills together with an analytical mindset; ability to interpret performance data to inform creative strategy.
• Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Communication and leadership skills.

Your future role:

• Building data platforms (data warehouses, lakes, lakehouses) using Azure Databricks, MS Fabric, Azure Data Factory.
• Designing data flows using medallion architecture and supporting data migrations from legacy systems.
• Conducting data assessments with Data Modelers/Analysts and addressing data quality issues.
• Working with senior stakeholders to gather requirements and support modern data architecture design.
• Supporting Data Governance activities, especially around MDM and Data Quality.
• Understanding Data Science/Analytics use cases in industries like Consumer Goods, Retail, Manufacturing, or Financial Services.

• ~3 years of experience in Data Engineering or related fields (BI, Data Science).

As a Product Analyst for the E‑commerce team, you will play a key role in driving data‑informed growth across our online product ecosystem. About you:

• 3+ years of experience in analytics within an IT company, preferably in e‑commerce products.
• Experience analyzing A/B test results to improve product performance.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to justify your ideas with data.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
• Strong spoken and written English.
   

Will be a plus:

• Experience programming in Python.
• Experience working with Shopify.
