Financial Analyst Offline

We're looking for a Financial Analyst to own cash forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling, with full visibility across the P&L, balance sheet, and forward-looking scenarios. The role involves close collaboration with department heads and other stakeholders to keep financial planning accurate and aligned across the business.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
• Turn financial data into insights that inform strategic decisions
• Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Work with other departments to collect and interpret financial information
• Monitor KPIs and produce variance analysis
• Prepare ad hoc reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders
• Keep financial reporting aligned with regulatory requirements and internal policy
• Use NetSuite, Abacum, HubSpot, and related tools for reporting and analysis
• Maintain clean, well-documented reporting — schedules, reconciliations, supporting files — that would hold up to investor, auditor, or buy-side/sell-side scrutiny
• Support due diligence requests, data room preparation, and ad hoc analyses for investors, bankers, or auditors

• Take on other finance tasks as needed

   

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis
• English at B1 level or higher, written and spoken
• Proven experience building and maintaining financial models (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet projections)
• Solid background in budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders
• Comfortable working both independently and within a team
• Experience handling multiple entities and currencies, reconciling data from different sources

• Strong Excel skills, along with familiarity with Outlook, Word, and AI tools
