We are looking for an experienced and structured Sales Operations Team Lead to join our growing Sales Operations team. This is a dual role where you will combine hands-on sales operations work with team leadership, ensuring smooth day-to-day execution, high-quality order processing, and continuous improvement of operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

• Lead, coordinate, and support a team of 4 Sales Operations Specialists
• Distribute workload, set priorities, and ensure SLAs are consistently met
• Onboard new team members and support their professional development
• Monitor the team’s day-to-day performance and help resolve operational challenges
• Act as the first point of escalation for operational issues within the team
• Identify opportunities to improve team workflows, processes, and efficiency

Sales Operations:

• Support Sales Managers by gathering, organizing, and systematizing the information they need
• Create and manage sales orders and track approval statuses in the ERP system
• Prepare and issue primary documentation, including invoices, specifications, and other sales-related documents
• Monitor incoming payments and match them to the relevant orders throughout the day
• Submit custom orders to production and track their manufacturing and dispatch status
• Reconcile order calculations and ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial documentation
• Provide VAT reconciliation support for Accounting

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, Accounting, or a similar roles
• Experience working with ERP/CRM systems such as Microsoft Business Central, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics Sales, or similar platforms
• Accounting background or hands-on experience with primary accounting documentation is a strong plus
• English level B1+
• Strong attention to detail and a structured, process-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage a high volume of tasks while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams
