About the Project
Vira is a fitness trainer who creates home workouts for an adult audience.
 

At the core of her approach is regularity and discipline over waiting for motivation. The channel features full-length workouts in real-time with no editing: cardio, strength training, Pilates, ballet, kickboxing, and other formats.
 

An active community is gradually forming around the channel, so we are looking for a person to help maintain comfortable and friendly communication with the audience.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Moderate comments under YouTube videos.
• Respond to comments and viewer questions in accordance with the channel's Tone of Voice.
• Track spam, offensive comments, and other violations of community guidelines.
• Forward questions and comments requiring Vira’s personal response or expert opinion to her.
• Moderate live chat during live streams.
• Maintain order in the chat and promptly react to spam and inappropriate behavior.
• Support activity and a friendly atmosphere during live broadcasts.
• Record vital feedback from the audience: FAQs, suggestions, and reactions to workouts and content.
• Keep simple reports on the work performed.

Requirements

• Excellent written English with the ability to communicate simply and friendly.
• C1 English level or higher.
• Proven Customer Support experience is a must.
• Strong contextual awareness to know when a short reply is enough and when a question should be forwarded to Vira.
• High emotional resilience to handle negativity calmly without entering into arguments.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure no important messages are missed among a high volume of comments.
• High responsibility regarding schedules and availability during planned live streams.
• Good understanding of YouTube, including the basic logic of comments and live chats.
• Ability to adhere to the specified Tone of Voice and moderation rules.

Experience in moderation or community management will be a plus, but attention to detail, literacy, and healthy communication skills are our top priorities.
