• Scale YouTube video campaigns: Build and scale cold-traffic YouTube campaigns using VSLs - optimizing campaign structure, placement strategy, creative hooks, and view-through vs. click attribution.
• Optimize Merchant Center & tracking: Oversee Google Merchant Center feeds, policy compliance, and server-side/conversion tracking setups (GTM, GA4, and multi-touch attribution tools).
• Collaborate on creative strategy: Brief and collaborate with copywriters and video editors on high-performing ad copy, fresh VSL concepts, visual hooks, script angles, and landing page messaging.
• Test & analyze continuously: Execute systematic A/B tests across keywords, bidding strategies, ad copy, video angles, and landing page flows. Monitor CAC, ROAS, and overall spend efficiency daily.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of hands-on media buying experience with Google ads in eCommerce.

• Language skills: Proficient in English (written and verbal) for clear team collaboration.
• AI & data fluency: Daily use of AI tools for research, ideation, and rapid workflow execution, combined with strong data analysis capabilities.

- Prepare proposals for developing and scaling the function.

Requirements:
- 5+ years in client relationship management, client base development, or commercial functions, including 3+ years in a leadership position.
- Experience creating or substantially restructuring a function for working with existing clients - not just managing an already-built structure.
- Experience in a multi-product business: bank, fintech, payment services, insurance, telecom, or a large retail/service network.
- Confident command of client base development metrics: products per client, revenue per client, retention, share of wallet.
- Experience achieving results through adjacent departments without direct authority over them.
- Practical experience hiring, developing, and managing a team of 10+ people, including managing through team leads.
- Confident experience working with CRM as a business owner/requester: formulating requirements, controlling data quality, building reporting.
- English - Intermediate or above

Nice to Have:
- Experience in financial services, payments, or a segment with high-frequency client transactions.
- Experience working with a mass client base and data-driven segmentation.
- Experience developing motivation systems for commercial teams.

- Knowledge of customer value development methodologies: CVM, customer lifecycle management.

What offers:
- The opportunity to build a function from scratch and define how it will work.
- A mandate to form the team and a budget for its development.
- A substantial client base with real growth potential within it.
- Direct interaction with company leadership and participation in the commercial committee.
- Competitive compensation: a fixed part plus a bonus tied to department results.

We are hiring on behalf of our client — an American media company with an office in Warsaw. They run a large newsletter operation sending millions of emails a day to cold audiences across multiple verticals. Getting into the inbox is the difference between revenue and noise, and this role owns that outcome end to end.

The role

This is a hands-on, deeply technical role for someone who lives and breathes deliverability. You will work directly with the Head of Project and the production manager, and guide marketers on every decision that touches deliverability: infrastructure, authentication, content, segmentation, and sending strategy.

You will not be directing a team to do the work. You will be in the DNS, in the headers, in the seed data, and in the postmaster tools yourself. The two things measured above everything else are inbox placement and the speed at which deliverability issues get resolved.

What you will own

• Inbox placement and sender reputation
• Infrastructure and authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI, IP and domain warming, feedback loops)
• ESP strategy and operations — configuration, optimization, migration
• Cold audience deliverability
• Marketer guidance and enablement
• Monitoring, reporting, and incident response

Must-have

• 6+ years in email deliverability as your primary focus — not as a side responsibility
• Hands-on experience operating at 5M+ sends per day
• Proven track record diagnosing and fixing real placement issues at scale
• Experience sending to cold audiences
• Technical fluency with postmaster tools across major mailbox providers
• Deep expertise across major ESPs
• Excellent English, C1 or above

Nice to have

• Direct newsletter experience with promotional content at scale
• Experience using AI tools for deliverability work
• Existing relationships with deliverability teams at major ESPs and mailbox providers
• Background in performance marketing, affiliate, or media

Compensation and benefits

• Competitive salary + bonuses
• 21 paid vacation days, 14 paid sick days
• Hybrid format, Warsaw office
• Corporate library, team activities

Our client is a US-market gaming product company looking for a contract UI designer to work closely with the product team on an ongoing basis. The scope covers both product design and illustration — so this role suits someone who thinks in systems but can also produce polished visuals from scratch.

What you'll work on:

• End-to-end mobile UI design: user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity screens, component libraries
• UX flows for new features and product improvements across iOS and Android
• Custom illustrations — character, environment, or UI-adjacent — depending on product needs
• Working directly with product and engineering to bring designs to production
• Maintaining visual consistency across the product

What they're looking for:

• A strong mobile UI portfolio that shows both design thinking and visual quality
• Illustration skills that go beyond icons — you can produce polished custom artwork
• Experience designing for consumer mobile products (gaming background is a plus)
• Figma proficiency required; experience with animation or motion is a bonus
• Someone who can work independently from a brief without needing constant feedback loops

Format: Part-time contractor, ~20 hours/week

• Backlog Management: Write clear, comprehensive User Stories with crisp Acceptance Criteria for the dev and data engineering teams.

• AI Solution Evaluation: Help analyze the effectiveness of AI/LLM applications for automated attribute mapping vs. traditional validation rules.
