On behalf of our client, a fast-growing, international fintech company working with complex and high-risk merchants, we are looking for a Payments Partnerships Manager to take ownership of payment provider relationships and merchant onboarding strategy.

This is a hands-on, commercially aware role, ideal for someone who has already worked directly with PSPs, EMIs, or banks and understands how to get accounts approved, not just submit applications.

What You’ll Own:

• End-to-end onboarding with PSPs, EMIs, banks, and acquirers, from application to approval

• Prepare, review, and optimize KYB packages, onboarding files, and supporting documentation
• Increase approval rates by aligning merchant profiles with the right PSPs/EMIs
• Identify and onboard new payment partners across multiple jurisdictions
• Handle complex and high-risk cases, finding solutions where others fail
• Maintain structured tracking via CRM and internal systems

Who This Role Is For:

We are specifically looking for candidates who have:

• Proven, hands-on experience working with PSPs, EMIs, or banks (not just theoretical knowledge)
• Direct involvement in merchant onboarding, account opening, or payment solution setup
• Strong understanding of how payment providers assess risk and approve/reject applications
• Familiarity with SEPA, SWIFT, acquiring, and payment flows

Key Responsibilities

• Review incoming credit and debit card chargebacks and provide timely responses to payment providers to maximize dispute win rates.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for chargeback representment cases.
• Monitor fraud alerts and vendor risk systems daily to detect potentially fraudulent transactions.
• Collaborate with Product and Data teams to enhance fraud monitoring and risk mitigation programs.
• Maintain communication with partners and clients regarding the dispute and chargeback process.
• Assist with customer complaints or inquiries related to dispute claims.
• Ensure full compliance with internal policies, AML/BSA requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Support additional risk-related projects and initiatives as assigned by your line manager.

Requirements

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Design, develop, and optimize real-time object detection and tracking models for aerial video from UAVs (EO/IR cameras)
• Implement inference pipelines optimized for edge hardware (e.g., NVIDIA Jetson, Orin)
• Conduct model training, testing, benchmarking, and validation in real flight environments
• Integrate AI models into onboard systems
• Collaborate with other software and hardware teams to ensure robust end-to-end performance
• Research and apply state-of-the-art deep learning methods in computer vision

What you bring to the team:

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML, with a strong focus on computer vision
• Proven experience in object detection/tracking using models like YOLO, SSD, or custom CNNs
• Proficiency in Python, C++, PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Experience with real-time video processing and optimization techniques (e.g., TensorRT, ONNX, pruning, quantization)
• Solid understanding of data annotation, augmentation, and training workflows
• Familiarity with embedded/edge AI deployments (e.g., Jetson Xavier, Orin)
• Experience working with aerial/surveillance imagery or geospatial data is a strong plus
