Collections Trainer

About Us

VUKA MONEY (PTY) LTD is a fintech company registered in South Africa and part of an international fintech group with more than five years of experience in the online lending industry.

As we launch our microfinance business in South Africa, we are building our Collections Department from the ground up and are looking for a Collections Trainer to help develop and train our future collections team.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in launching a new market, shaping processes, and building a high-performing team from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions in English
• Onboard and support new employees
• Create and update training materials, scripts, and guides
• Coach team members and provide feedback
• Monitor training effectiveness and identify development areas
• Work with management to improve team performance and processes

Requirements

• Strong English (C1 or higher)
• Good command of Ukrainian (spoken and written)
• Experience in training, coaching, mentoring, customer service, sales, collections, contact centers, fintech, banking, or similar industries
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to explain information clearly and engage people
• Comfortable working remotely

Nice to Have

• Experience in Collections (Soft or Hard Collections)
• Experience training collections or sales teams
• Experience in fintech, lending, banking, or BPO environments
• Experience creating training programs from scratch

Training Opportunity

Previous trainer experience is not required. We are open to candidates with experience in collections, sales, customer service, support, contact centers, or other people-focused roles who have strong English communication skills and are willing to develop in a training role.

All new employees complete a paid one-month onboarding and training program, where you will learn our processes, tools, and methodologies while working alongside an experienced international team.
