We’re looking for a Freight Accounting & Billing Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in managing accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), collections, shipment reconciliation, and financial reporting—all while working within our transportation management system (TMS) to ensure smooth financial operations.

Job Responsibilities

🔹 Accounts Receivable & Collections:

• Generate and send invoices to customers in a timely manner.

Qualifications & Skills

Project Overview:
New product development integrated into an existing client solution. The team will build cloud-based and AI-driven features using modern full-stack and generative AI tooling. The project is long-term with no fixed end date — continuation based on team performance. 

Requirements (Must-have):
- 4+ years of full-stack development experience (React + Node.js)
- English B2+
- Proven hands-on experience with Generative AI coding tools — required (3–6 months minimum with Claude Code or similar)

Job Responsibilities

The company’s medical devices are used in a variety of interventional medical specialties, including interventional cardiology, peripheral interventions, vascular surgery, electrophysiology, neurovascular intervention, oncology, endoscopy, urology, gynecology, and neuromodulation.
The client’s mission is to improve the quality of patient care and the productivity of health care delivery through the development and advocacy of less-invasive medical devices and procedures. This is accomplished through the continuing refinement of existing products and procedures and the investigation and development of new technologies that can reduce risk, trauma, cost, procedure time and the need for aftercare.

Responsibilities

• Developing functionality for personal accounts for webmasters and administrators.  
• Creation of a system for receiving and processing postback notifications from partners. 
• Integration of third-party services (SMS gateways, anti-fraud, Geo-IP).  
• Code coverage with tests (PHPUnit). 

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in commercial development on Symfony. 
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code (SOLID, DRY).  
• Experience with PostgreSQL (complex joins, indexes).
