What you will do

• Systematically develop high-performing creatives for Meta to drive user acquisition
• Conduct creative and competitive research, analyzing market trends, best practices, and audience behavior
• Formulate and prioritize creative hypotheses based on performance data and previous test results
• Develop concepts for performance campaigns, including video scripts, static designs, hooks, and messaging
• Prepare structured briefs for designers and production teams, overseeing the process from concept to final delivery

What we are looking for

Technical Stack & Requirements

The Core (7–10 Years Experience):

• Android Mastery: Extensive experience building and scaling enterprise-grade applications using Kotlin and Java.

The Toolkit (5+ Years Experience):
