We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to support our outbound B2B business development and modern online marketing activities and help identify new business opportunities across international markets. This role is a strong fit for someone who combines hands-on lead generation experience with strong analytical, logical, and creative thinking abilities. While at least one year of relevant experience is required, we place significant emphasis on your ability to learn quickly, which we consider more important than actual experience, as well as the ability to generate ideas, creatively evaluate different approaches, identify and reason about potential challenges, and make sound, data-driven judgments and assumptions. For us, relevant abilities and potential are much more important than previous work experience.
 

Requirements:
 

• At least 1 year of experience in B2B Lead Generation, Sales Development, Business Development, or a similar/relevant role(s).
• Very strong logical and analytical skills, with the ability to brainstorm, evaluate, and reason about ideas, approaches, and experiments in a data-driven way to determine which are most likely to be effective and why.
• Strong brainstorming and creative problem-solving, logical/analytical abilities. You should be comfortable generating multiple ideas and logically assessing their potential.
• Very strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable adapting and frequently reprioritizing as needed, as we receive new information or decisions.

Responsibilities:
 

• Brainstorm creative ideas for new sales and marketing channels, initiatives, and experiments.
• Analyze and evaluate sales and marketing ideas, experiments, and approaches, using logical reasoning and available data to determine what is likely to be effective.
• Identify and research potential B2B clients and execute outreach campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
• Execute outbound campaigns across B2B sales channels, including LinkedIn and email, as well as creative inbound marketing channels.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain CRM records and prospect databases and handle related sales administration/organization, including agreement processing, follow-ups, and written communication with prospects and clients.
• Conduct written negotiations with prospects and clients when required, mostly via emails/IMs.
