We are actively expanding our affiliate channel and looking for an Affiliate Manager who will take ownership of developing existing partnerships, identifying new traffic sources, and increasing the volume of high-quality players.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently identify, approach, and onboard new affiliate partners.
• Source media-buying teams, affiliate teams, SEO partners, content websites, and other traffic sources.
• Identify partners primarily working with USA Tier-1 traffic.
• Reach out to potential partners through LinkedIn, Telegram, email, conferences, affiliate networks, and direct contacts.
• Manage negotiations from initial outreach to campaign launch.
• Build and expand your own affiliate partner network.
• Maintain daily communication with affiliate partners.
• Build and develop long-term partner relationships.
• Negotiate CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, and other cooperation models.
• Negotiate placement terms, traffic volumes, and traffic quality requirements.
• Coordinate and monitor changes to contracts and Insertion Orders (IOs).
• Oversee partner payments, manage invoices, and resolve payment-related issues.
• Conduct regular statistical reconciliations with partners.
• Resolve disputes related to FTD, QFTD, refunds, chargebacks, fraud, multi-accounting, and other performance indicators.
• Monitor compliance with agreed terms and placement commitments.
• Analyze partner performance and propose new commercial terms to scale high-performing traffic.

Requirements

Must-have:

• At least 1 year of experience in affiliate management, preferably in iGaming or Gambling.
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing and key cooperation models: CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid.
• Understanding of key performance metrics: Clicks, Registrations, FTD, QFTD, CR, ROI, GGR, and NGR.
• Experience working with CRM systems, affiliate platforms, and postback configuration.
• Hands-on experience managing affiliate partnerships and conducting negotiations.
• Ability to independently negotiate and agree on partnership terms.
• Experience working with contracts, IOs, invoices, and affiliate payments.
• Experience reconciling statistics and identifying data discrepancies.
• Strong written and spoken English (B2+).
• Ability to organize your work independently and manage multiple partners simultaneously.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Position Summary: 

The Member Support Representative serves as the frontline support contact for members participating in loyalty programs powered by our platform. This role requires confident communication, empathetic problem-solving, and the ability to assist members via phone, email, and chat. You'll help resolve issues related to app functionality, loyalty program questions, account verification, and rewards redemptions, including processing balance adjustments when appropriate. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Confidently communicate with members across channels (phone, email, chat), providing timely and professional responses. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve questions related to loyalty accounts, mobile app access, account linking, and program participation. 
• Process loyalty balance adjustments within established guidelines, ensuring member satisfaction while balancing business needs. 
• Educate members on program benefits, app features, and how to get the most out of their loyalty experience. 
• Follow internal workflows to escalate complex issues to retailer support or platform teams as needed. 
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all member interactions in the ticketing system. 
• Uphold service-level agreements for first response time and resolution, adapting tone and messaging to fit the situation. 

• Support high-volume periods and marketing campaigns with poise and efficiency. 

   

Requirements: 

• Prior experience in a customer-facing role (call center, email, or chat support preferred). 
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is required to ensure clear and effective communication with members. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to explain technical and program-related concepts clearly to a non-tech-savvy audience. 
• Comfortable handling difficult conversations and turning negative experiences into positive outcomes. 
• High attention to detail and a knack for identifying patterns in support issues. 
• Familiarity with CRM systems (FreshDesk, Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.), mobile apps, loyalty programs, or digital customer experiences is a plus.

You will be a key contributor to our engineering team, driving the development, optimization, and deployment of robust backend services. Leveraging your expertise in Elixir, the Phoenix framework, event-driven architectures with Kafka, and modern cloud infrastructure, you will ensure our platform's scalability, resilience, and top-tier performance. This role demands a proactive problem-solver with strong architectural insights and a deep commitment to technical excellence.

⚙️ Your Tasks:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend services using PHP and the Laravel framework or Symfony;
• Lead the implementation and optimization of event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka and RabbitMQ for reliable data streaming and asynchronous processing in high-load environments;
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and fault tolerance through advanced caching strategies with Redis and other performance-enhancing techniques;

👤 Our criteria:

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend development, with significant experience in a senior or lead role within high-load, distributed systems;
• Expert-level proficiency with the Laravel framework or Symfony (would be a plus)
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for building and consuming event streams;
• Extensive experience with Redis for caching, session management, and performance optimization;
• Strong understanding and practical experience with RabbitMQ (or other message brokers) for asynchronous task processing;
• Proven experience in the iGaming domain or other high-traffic, real-time transaction processing environments;
• Proficiency in database design and optimization (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Clickhouse, MongoDB);
• Solid understanding of microservice architectures, RESTful API design, and modern architectural patterns (DDD, Clean Architecture);
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (K8s) for containerization and orchestration;
• Proficiency with Gitlab CI/CD (or similar CI/CD platforms) for automated deployments;
