Role Summary

We’re hiring a Senior NetSuite Engineer to lead hands-on NetSuite development and optimization across multiple brands. You will drive NetSuite CRM rollout (some brands currently use Salesforce), deliver CRM enhancements, expand manufacturing and advanced manufacturing capabilities, and own key integrations/migrations including ShipHawk. We are looking for a skilled 3D Artist to create high-quality characters for an upcoming Real-Time Strategy (RTS) game.

The role involves designing and producing game-ready characters that fit the visual style of the project while maintaining strong readability and performance for RTS gameplay.

🎨 What You’ll Work On

• Creating game-ready 3D characters for an RTS game
• Modeling characters with clear silhouettes suitable for top-down gameplay
• Sculpting high-quality details and creating optimized low-poly models
• Producing PBR textures and materials
• Preparing characters for integration into the game engine
• Working from concept art or visual references
• Collaborating with the art team to maintain a consistent visual style

🛠 Responsibilities

• High-poly sculpting and low-poly character modeling
• Retopology and optimization for real-time performance
• Creating PBR texture sets (albedo, normal, roughness/metallic)
• Preparing clean UV layouts
• Delivering well-organized source files and game-ready assets
• Ensuring characters maintain strong readability at RTS camera distance

✅ Requirements

• Strong experience as a 3D Character Artist for games
• Portfolio demonstrating game-ready characters
• Experience with tools such as ZBrush, Blender, Maya, or similar
• Knowledge of PBR texturing workflows (Substance Painter or equivalent)
• Understanding of game asset optimization
• Ability to follow concept art and adapt to a defined art style

• Experience working on RTS or strategy games
• Knowledge of rigging or animation-ready topology
• Experience with Unity or Unreal Engine pipelines
• Experience creating stylized or semi-realistic characters
