• Оптимізувати організаційну структуру, ролі та рівні управління
• Керувати й розвивати HR-команду. Стандартизація єдиних правил і політик для ключових HR-процесів.
• Впроваджувати систему HR-метрик та автоматизувати процеси (HRIS/ATS, BI-дашборди), спираючись на кількісні показники якості для ключових процесів.
• Впроваджувати системну оцінку ефективності (Performance Review / OKR / KPI)
• Розробити модель раннього виявлення ризику звільнень (Retention Early Warning System)
• Будувати прозорі системи компенсацій (C&B) та грейдингову модель і їх зв’язок із фінансовою моделлю бізнесу
• Розбудовувати процес системного навчання управлінських компетенцій всіх рівнів менеджменту компанії. Надавати підтримку у питаннях лідерства, управління командами, розвитку та складних HR-кейсів
• Формувати корпоративну культуру, працювати з конфліктами та зворотним зв’язком
• Формувати та оптимізовувати HR-бюджети різного масштабу.

Ми очікуємо:

• 5+ років у HR-менеджменті, з них 2+ роки на позиції (HR BP, HR Team Lead)
• Перевагою буде досвід побудови HR-процесів з нуля або їх трансформації в компаніях на 50-150 осіб
• Глибокі практичні знання People Analytics: HRIS, ATS, BI-дашборди
• Досвід розробки систем грейдингу та їх зв’язку з фінансовою моделлю бізнесу
• Досвід HR-бюджетування
• Вміння захищати рішення перед керівництвом мовою цифр, метрик та ROI
• Навички change management та роботи з організаційним опором
• Англійська - B1-B2

Буде плюсом: досвід в IT/Tech, побудова предиктивних моделей (прогноз відтоку талантів), досвід кризового менеджменту.

Ваш майбутній функціонал:

• Збір, аналіз та формалізація бізнес-вимог від стейкхолдерів.
• Опис та моделювання бізнес-процесів, підготовка User Stories для команди розробки.
• Підготовка та підтримка актуальної документації (backlog, вимоги, процесні схеми).
• Співпраця з продуктовим власником, розробниками, дизайнерами, тестувальниками.
• Валідація та тестування реалізованих функцій з точки зору бізнес-вимог.
• Робота з дашбордами, аналітикою (аналіз навантаження, якості сервісу, каналів комунікації).
• Пошук можливостей для оптимізації процесів і впровадження інновацій (зокрема AI-асистента).

Наш кандидат має:

• Досвід роботи бізнес-аналітиком від 1 року у сфері IT або банківських продуктів.
•  Розуміння повного циклу розробки цифрових продуктів (Discovery > Delivery > Support).
• Вміння збирати, аналізувати та формалізувати вимоги від стейкхолдерів та product owner.
• Досвід опису бізнес-процесів (User Stories та Acceptance Criteria, Use Cases).
• Навички опису та візуалізації процесів і системних взаємодій (BPMN, UML, діаграми інтеграцій, flowcharts).
• Навички підготовки та ведення документації (BRD, User Stories).
• Досвід роботи з інтеграціями.
• Розуміння основ UX/UI — щоб формулювати вимоги до інтерфейсів.
• Вміння роботи з Jira / Confluence / Miro / Figma чи аналогічними інструментами.
• Досвід роботи в кредитуванні або банківських продуктах буде перевагою.
• Гарна комунікація: вміння пояснювати технічні речі бізнесу і бізнес-вимоги технічним командам.
