About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead our outbound sales efforts and generate new B2B clients in the cybersecurity space. You will work directly with decision-makers — C-level executives, CTOs, and IT leadership — and play a key role in building our sales pipeline from scratch.
This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who thrives in high-value, complex deals and wants real ownership over results.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients through cold outreach, LinkedIn, email, and networking
- Build and manage a structured end-to-end sales pipeline
- Lead negotiations and presentations with C-level and senior decision-makers
- Represent DefenceLab at international exhibitions and industry conferences
- Manage the full sales cycle through to signed contract
Develop and scale the outbound sales motion in collaboration with leadership
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales
- English proficiency at C1 level — written and spoken
- Proven track record in cold/outbound sales
- Experience engaging C-level and senior stakeholders
Highly self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
Nice to Have
- Background in IT, SaaS, technology, or cybersecurity
- Experience selling complex or high-ticket solutions
Existing network in relevant industries
