Senior Business Analyst - Agentic Development

Position name: Senior Business Analyst
Level: Senior

⚠️ This is NOT a classical BA role. The candidate must have hands-on experience working within an AI-first / agentic development workflow. Classical BA without agentic experience will not be a fit.

Hard skills (must have):

• 5+ years of BA experience in a software development environment
• Hands-on experience with agentic / AI-assisted development workflows (CodeFactory, SpecKit, BMED, or equivalent framework)
• Ability to guide LLMs through structured prompting and validate AI-generated documentation
• Proven experience eliciting and documenting requirements: user stories, use cases, functional specifications, SRS
• Ability to extract, structure, and prioritize requirements from an existing product and translate them into clear, actionable documentation for developers and QA
• Experience leading requirements workshops and regular sync meetings with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency in business process modeling (BPMN or similar)
• Strong grasp of software architecture and understanding of how documentation connects to development and QA
• Experience maintaining documentation in a Git repository
