We're looking to fill a new role of Loan Processor Assistant for UnrealFi. This will be a full-time position. The schedule is somewhat flexible, but most of the tasks will be received in the US timezone (CST)

The responsibilities for this role are:

1. Receiving tasks from Loan Processors throughout the loan

 Required skills & stack:
 

• Strong test automation on web frontends — Playwright (preferred), Cypress, or equivalent.
• Accessibility testing: Axe, Lighthouse, manual screen reader/keyboard testing against WCAG 2.1 AA
• Visual regression testing with Percy or equivalent.
• API and contract testing (Postman / REST Assured / Pact — consumer-driven contract tests).
• Strong understanding of test pyramids and where each test belongs (unit/integration / E2E / journey).
• CI/CD integration of test suites; coverage thresholds enforced in the pipeline.
• Strong written English; able to produce bug reports and test evidence.

• Independent, evidence-driven — comfortable being the quality voice.

   

Nice-to-have:

• Experience as QA lead or QA counterpart in a programme with an external IV&V contractor,
• Performance testing (Lighthouse-driven budgets; bundle/perf regression detection),
• Security testing fundamentals,
• Familiarity with React + TypeScript codebases (does not need to write production code, but should read it).
  
  Tasks to Perform
• Own component, integration, and end-to-end test coverage for the Project.
• Run the internal test stream on every build: unit, integration against mock APIs, Playwright E2E, Axe / Lighthouse audits, Percy visual regression.
• Enforce coverage thresholds in the CI pipeline.
• Co-own journey quality with the Design Lead — task completion rates, error frequencies, journey map accuracy.
• Prepare shared artefacts for the IV&V stream every sprint: prototype URL, Storybook, journey walkthrough recordings, accessibility reports.
• Support PI-boundary TEVV sessions jointly with the Project, IV&V, and the Tallium team.
• Maintain consumer-driven contract tests on the FE side of the pipeline.

Role Overview:Our client is looking for an experienced min 2 years Telegram Ads Media Buyer to run and scale paid advertising campaigns within the Telegram Ads ecosystem, targeting the Turkey market (iGaming vertical). The role focuses on placing sponsored messages in relevant Telegram channels and driving high-quality traffic to company offers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Launch and manage campaigns via Telegram Ads platform (sponsored ads, video, text, etc.);
• Target and select relevant Turkish Telegram channels (casino/betting audience);
• Create and test ad creatives adapted to Telegram format;
• Manage multiple ad accounts and budgets;
• Optimise campaigns based on CPC, CTR, CPA, ROI;
• Monitor placements and improve traffic quality;
• Work with tracking tools and analytics;
• Scale profitable campaigns and cut underperforming ones.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience with Telegram Ads (official platform);
• Experience running campaigns in restricted / sensitive verticals (iGaming);
• Strong understanding of the Turkey Telegram audience & channel ecosystem; Ability to:
• Create high-converting Telegram ad creatives;
• Identify high-quality channels for placement; Experience with:
• Ad account management (including sourcing and buying accounts );
• Budget control & scaling strategies;
• Data-driven mindset (comfortable with performance metrics).

Will be a plus:

• Experience in iGaming / betting offers;
• Understanding of funnel tracking (post-click performance);
• Experience working with large budgets;

About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, reliable, and highly responsible Player Support Representative to join our Support function during an early growth stage.

You will work closely with the Support and Operations team and play a meaningful role in maintaining service quality, operational stability, and player trust. This is not a scripted support role. We trust people early and expect maturity, sound judgment, and accountability.

• Full-time position (Monday–Friday)
• One weekday shift may end at 2:00 AM
• Saturday shift: morning hours until approximately 2:00 PM (half working day)

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, professional, and high-quality player support via live chat
• Act as a first line of judgment in live player interactions within defined guidelines
• Identify recurring issues, bugs, unusual patterns, or edge cases, and proactively raise clear and well-contextualized flags
• Review player activity to ensure compliance with platform rules, promotions, and policies
• Stay alert to irregular activity, operational issues, or potential risks, and escalate responsibly with attention to detail
• Learn the product, flows, and rules quickly and apply them consistently in real-time scenarios
