Senior Azure DevOps Engineer (Azure / Kubernetes / Terraform)

About the Company

A global trading and investing platform with 20M+ registered users across Stocks, Crypto, and ETFs is expanding its DevOps organization.

The team works on large-scale distributed production systems, infrastructure automation, Kubernetes multi-cluster environments, CI/CD architecture, and reliability engineering. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving real production challenges related to scalability, security, observability, and platform engineering.

You’ll join a strong DevOps group driving cross-organizational infrastructure initiatives and platform improvements.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and contribute to cross-functional DevOps and infrastructure projects
• Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on Azure
• Manage Kubernetes multi-cluster environments in production
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies
• Improve reliability, scalability, monitoring, and security of distributed systems
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Terragrunt
• Collaborate closely with R&D teams on architecture and operational excellence
• Troubleshoot complex production incidents and performance bottlenecks
• Research and introduce new DevOps technologies and best practices
• Mentor engineers and participate in technical leadership discussions

Required Skills

• 6+ years of commercial DevOps experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure
• Production experience with Kubernetes
• Strong Infrastructure as Code expertise with Terraform
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on experience with:
  • GitHub Actions and/or Jenkins
  • Linux environments
  • Bash / Shell / PowerShell scripting
  • Python or Go for automation
• Strong understanding of:
  • Cloud infrastructure
  • Networking
  • Storage
  • Security best practices
• Experience supporting live production systems
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
• Leadership and mentoring experience
