This is execution role in paid user acquisition. The primary mandate is to plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns that drive installs and new subscription revenue across the portfolio — starting with one to two apps and expanding as you prove results.
 

Area of influence

• Run paid UA campaigns hands-on: owns profitable paid acquisition, starting with Meta and TikTok, then coordinating ASA and Google with existing owners.
• Own creative testing end to end: build the testing roadmap, brief and iterate on ad creatives, dissect what wins and why, and feed learnings back into the next cycle.
• Monitor performance daily in the MMP and ad platforms, catch anomalies early, and reallocate spend toward what pays back.
• Support the measurement setup: event configuration in the MMP, SKAN/postback hygiene, and web-versus-app attribution checks, so the numbers you optimize against are trustworthy.
• Bring your own experiment ideas — new channels, angles, and audiences — size them by expected payback, and run them without waiting for a task list.
• Report results and learnings in writing on a weekly cadence; the culture is writing-first and async.
   

Who are we looking for

• 3+ years of hands-on paid UA experience for consumer mobile apps, with subscription apps strongly preferred; you have personally managed meaningful budgets and owned the outcomes, not just watched dashboards.
• Working knowledge of the modern app-growth stack: an MMP (AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular), Amplitude or Mixpanel, and paywall/subscription tooling (Superwall, RevenueCat) — with opinions on the tradeoffs, not just tool names.

About the Role

We are looking for a Head of Service & Technical Support to join the team in the Kyiv office

Requirements

• Higher technical education;
• At least 3 years of experience managing a service or technical support function;
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams;
• Strong understanding of electromechanical systems and access control equipment;
• Experience delivering training and technical programs for engineering and technical specialists;
• Fluent English; knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage;

• Willingness to travel internationally and work in a multicultural environment.

   

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global service and technical support functions for B2B clients and partners;
• Develop and improve service processes, incident management, and service quality control;
• Develop and motivate the team, fostering a culture of leadership and customer focus;
• Organize and deliver technical training, webinars, and certification programs for employees, distributors, and partners;
• Coordinate collaboration with R&D, manufacturing, sales, and logistics teams;
• Analyze the root causes of product failures and implement measures to improve product reliability;
• Strengthen the brand’s international reputation and competitive position.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Team Lead to join our international product team and take ownership of the operational management of a white-label iGaming platform.

This is much more than a traditional Project Manager role. You'll be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, driving delivery, improving internal processes, and ensuring smooth project execution while working closely with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational management of the project
• Plan, prioritize, and coordinate project activities and releases
• Work closely with leadership on roadmap planning and business priorities
• Coordinate the work of Support, CRM, Retention, Affiliate, Marketing, Operations, and other business teams.
• Manage project delivery from planning through successful release
• Track project timelines, risks, dependencies, and blockers
• Organize regular sync meetings and ensure execution of agreed action items
• Monitor team workload and optimize resource allocation
• Improve internal processes and delivery efficiency
• Prepare regular project reports and operational updates
• Participate in launching new features, markets, and strategic initiatives
• Gradually expand responsibilities toward business management

Requirements

• 3+ years of Project Management experience within iGaming, high-risk digital products, FinTech, or other fast-paced online businesses
• Experience managing cross-functional teams
• Strong delivery and stakeholder management skills
• Experience building and improving operational processes
• Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and make independent decisions
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ownership mindset with a proactive approach
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher

Nice to have

• Experience with white-label platforms
• Understanding of digital product ecosystems, payment integrations, CRM solutions, partner management, or affiliate-driven products
• Experience working with international or distributed teams
• Knowledge of LATAM markets
• Experience working with external vendors and technology partners
• Understanding of product and operational KPIs
