Analyst/Consultant - SAP (Senior)

We are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Application Consultant, with a strong focus on the Employee Central module.

The project involves supporting the team throughout the SAP SuccessFactors implementation process. We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in SuccessFactors configuration and a strong understanding of HR business processes.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Experience in configuring and supporting SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes.
• Experience with data imports and migration into SAP SuccessFactors is highly desirable.
• Ability to support the team during the SAP SuccessFactors implementation process.

Nice to have:

- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals and/or Succession & Development modules.
