They are looking for a developer to join their Al squad and assist in implementing Al features using various tools and connecting them to the existing stack built on Laravel. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the TypeScript part to PHP within the tech stack.

• Independently managing backend development for e-commerce projects and complex corporate portals. 
• Designing backend architecture and making key technical decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own acquisition budgets across paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
• Scale winning campaigns/creatives - budget allocation, bidding, audience expansion
• Track CPA, ROAS, LTV, payback period, retention by cohort
• Test new acquisition channels beyond the current stack
• Coordinate with the Performance Marketer to avoid overlap and align on scale vs. test
• Flag performance/budget risks early (CPA spikes, platform/account issues)

Requirements

• 2-4 years in UA/performance marketing, ideally subscription or app-based products
• Hands-on experience with major ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok)
