• Experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
• Proficiency in at least one backend language (Python, Node.js, Go, Java, etc.).
• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with Kubernetes or other orchestration tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD platforms such as CircleCI, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or ArgoCD.
• Experience with reverse-engineering unknown systems or digging through legacy setups.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, or GCP Monitoring.

To support this growth, we are expanding our project team and inviting candidates to join us as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant at Middle or Senior level.

Key activities:

• Participation in D365 Business Central implementation and development projects for Innoware’s Ukrainian and foreign customer.
• Continuous development of expertise through work with diverse business scenarios, complex cases, integrations and modern capabilities of D365 Business Central.

Key responsibilities:

• Working with clients to analyze business processes, define target solutions, and align them within the D365 Business Central framework.
• Configuring and adapting standard D365 Business Central functionality according to customer business requirements.
• Preparing and aligning project documentation together with clients.
• Estimating effort and timelines for assigned tasks.
• Preparing functional specifications for the development team and collaborating with developers during implementation.
• Executing user acceptance testing to ensure the delivered functionality meets business needs and expectations.
• Supporting customers during UAT, deployment of new functionality, and Go Live.
• Mentoring less experienced specialists.
• Participating in planning and controlling data migration processes.
• Integrating D365 Business Central with other systems and applications.
• Ensuring quality control of tasks at different stages of the project.

Qualification:

• At least 3 years of experience implementing D365 Business Central system in a Consultant or Analyst role.
• Deep knowledge of standard functionality of D365 Business Central.
• Experience working independently with clients’ business requirements and developing functional solutions.
• Understanding of all stages of an ERP implementation project.
• Strong understanding of business processes (finance and/or logistics, trade, production, etc.) and their automation in D365 Business Central.
• English proficiency at Upper‑Intermediate level or higher; fluency in Ukrainian.
• Nice to have: Microsoft certification; experience configuring Power BI.
