Now we`re looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team.

    You'll be a great fit if you have:

• PM Experience: 4+ years of project management experience specifically in an IT outsourcing/outstaffing company (must-have).
• English Level: C1 (Advanced) — fluent written and spoken communication skills for daily interaction with international clients.
• Agility & Context-Switching: Proven ability to switch context seamlessly and effectively manage multiple streams or teams simultaneously.
• Web Dev & Methodologies: Hands-on experience managing web development projects; deep knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall frameworks.
• Planning & Execution: Strong background in project planning, estimation, roadmap creation, and defining key performance metrics (KPIs/OKRs).
• Documentation & Tools: Deep understanding of project documentation standards and solid experience with task-tracking tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
   

     What you’ll do:

• Cross-Functional Team & Coordination: Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QAs, and other specialists) across multiple autonomous project streams.
• Drive & Enhance AI-Driven SDLC: Take initiative in optimizing and scaling software development processes using modern AI tools and practices.
• Resource & Capacity Management: Take full ownership of team capacity and resource allocation; plan timelines, set objectives, and manage task assignments.
• Define & Track Success Metrics: Establish, monitor, and report on key project health and delivery metrics at every stage.
• Stakeholder Management: Maintain clear, proactive communication with key client stakeholders, internal dev teams.
