We’re looking for a Senior Mobile Engineer to lead the development of a native mobile application for an existing consumer product with rich, real-time 3D interactions.

You’ll take ownership of the React Native application from initial architecture through production release on both iOS and Android. A major part of the role will be translating an existing interactive web experience into a smooth native product, including animations, gestures, and platform-specific functionality.

This is not a mobile-only position. Engineers are encouraged to own features end to end, including the supporting APIs, asynchronous processing, and database changes. The backend is built with Node.js and TypeScript, so experience working beyond the mobile layer is highly valued.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop the mobile application using React Native, Expo, and TypeScript, from initial setup through App Store and Google Play releases.
• Build high-quality animations and gesture-based interactions using tools such as Reanimated, Gesture Handler, and Skia, with a strong focus on smooth performance.
• Implement payment functionality, wallet-related experiences, and reliable synchronization between client-side state and backend financial records.
• Work with native functionality when required, including push notifications, secure storage, media playback, deep linking, and platform-specific payment integrations.
• Own features across the stack when needed: define API contracts, develop Fastify endpoints and background processes, implement the mobile experience, and add appropriate monitoring and instrumentation.
• Establish and maintain the mobile delivery process, including builds, signing, store submissions, OTA updates, and crash reporting using EAS, fastlane, or similar tooling.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional mobile development experience, including at least 3 years working with React Native applications released to production.
• Strong TypeScript skills and practical familiarity with Swift and/or Kotlin for debugging, understanding native issues, and implementing platform-specific functionality when necessary.
• Hands-on experience building complex mobile animations and gesture-driven interfaces.
• Understanding of mobile performance and the ability to create responsive, smooth user experiences.
• Practical backend knowledge, ideally including Node.js APIs, relational databases, and asynchronous processing or message queues.
• Ability to take ownership of features beyond the mobile interface and contribute to their server-side implementation is strongly preferred.
• Experience with payments, digital wallets, or other transaction-heavy consumer applications is a significant advantage.

Nice to Have

• Experience with mobile 3D technologies such as Three.js, react-three-fiber, SceneKit, or GPU-accelerated Skia.

About the Role

What You'll Do

• Develop end-to-end product functionality using React 19, Vite, TanStack Query, CSS Modules, Node.js/Fastify, PostgreSQL, and RabbitMQ.

What We're Looking For

About the Role

The platform follows an event-driven architecture within a TypeScript monorepo. It includes separate Fastify BFF services for customer and administrative applications, asynchronous workers, and shared domain components backed primarily by PostgreSQL. MongoDB supports analytics use cases, Valkey is used for caching and presence, RabbitMQ handles messaging, and S3-compatible storage with CDN delivery manages object distribution.

The infrastructure runs on AWS ECS with infrastructure-as-code and automated CI/CD. You’ll work closely with the CTO on architectural direction and the continued evolution of the platform.

What You'll Do

• Take ownership of architectural decisions across backend services, including service boundaries, data ownership, idempotency, outbox patterns, caching, and failure handling.
• Document important technical decisions and revisit them as requirements and system constraints evolve.
• Design and evolve financially sensitive functionality, including double-entry wallet accounting, payments and withdrawals, inventory settlement, and auditable outcome-generation mechanisms.
• Work across layers when necessary, from database schemas and Drizzle migrations through domain logic, Fastify APIs, asynchronous consumers, and React interfaces.
• Provide technical leadership for the internal operations platform supporting catalog, fulfillment, finance, and customer-support workflows.

What We're Looking For

• 8–9+ years of professional software engineering experience, including several years with direct responsibility for architecture and technical decisions in production systems.

Role Summary
We are seeking a DevOps Engineer, working from before dawn into the morning (Kyiv time), to manage, automate, and maintain the infrastructure backing our trading systems. The PMC application, Price Master Central (PMC) is a global reference data management application - responsible for sourcing securities/Pricing data from market vendors and internal sources and providing it to downstream clients after applying client specific rules.

   

• Responsibilities:

  - Manage a team

Own global talent searches.

Know where to start.
When a new role or GEO lands on your desk, your first question shouldn’t be “Where can I post it?” but “Where does this talent actually sit?”

Build sourcing strategies from scratch.
Define target companies, candidate profiles, sourcing channels, outreach approaches and market entry points before investing time and budget into advertising.

Go far beyond LinkedIn.
Explore local platforms, niche communities, professional networks, industry events, referrals, social media, databases and unconventional sourcing channels.

Hunt people who aren’t job-hunting.
Proactively identify and engage passive talent, including niche, Senior, Head and executive-level professionals.

Conduct interviews that go beyond the CV.

Build warm global talent pools.

About the work

We build and maintain industry intelligence databases - organizations, people, products and their relationships across sectors such as HealthTech, QuantumTech, LegalTech and wellness, covering multiple regions. Every one of them starts as messy public data and has to end up as a clean, deduplicated, verifiable dataset that analysts and downstream products can rely on.

That means the hard problems here are not "write a scraper". They are: how do you know two records are the same organization? How do you prove where a field came from six months later? How do you re-run a collection over a source that changed its markup, without corrupting what you already have?

You will work directly with the Head of Data Science and a team of AI and data engineers.

What you will do
 

• Build and own collection pipelines over public web sources - structured, semi-structured and awkward
• Design the enrichment layer: normalization, deduplication, entity resolution, confidence scoring
• Keep provenance on every field, so any value can be traced back to its source and date
• Use LLMs where they genuinely help - extraction from unstructured text, classification, taxonomy assignment - and know where they don't
• Take datasets from one-off collection to scheduled, monitored, re-runnable pipelines
• Define and enforce quality checks: coverage, freshness, duplicate rate, field completeness

What we're looking for

Both levels
 

• Strong Python - you write services and pipelines, not notebooks
• Real production scraping experience: sessions, rate limits, retries, blocks, anti-bot, JS-rendered pages, APIs that are not documented
• SQL and PostgreSQL beyond CRUD - indexing, query plans, schema design
• Practical experience with LLM APIs for extraction and classification, including how you validate their output
• Data quality instinct: you check what you collected before you hand it over

Additionally for the Senior opening
 

• You have owned a data platform, not just tasks on one - orchestration, scheduling, monitoring, backfills
• Experience with entity resolution or record linkage across sources that disagree with each other
• Airflow, Dagster or Prefect in production
• You have set the standards other people then worked to: schemas, conventions, review

Nice to have
 

• Docker and CI/CD
• Knowledge graphs, ontologies, or taxonomy design
• Vector search and RAG pipelines

We evaluate the proof task on judgment, not polish. Reproducibility, honest handling of edge cases, and clear reasoning about what you chose not to do count for more than a clever one-liner.
What we care about

Two things, mostly.

You question your own data. The engineers who work out well here are the ones who notice that a source silently changed its schema, that a "97% match rate" is hiding a systematic bias, that a field is populated but wrong. Volume without verification is worth nothing to us.

You explain your reasoning. Much of this work involves judgment calls that nobody can check quickly - which record wins a merge, what confidence threshold to use, when to stop enriching. We need those decisions written down and defensible, not buried in a script.
