About the role

We build software for commercial real estate lenders, loan origination, servicing, document extraction and financial analysis.

The product is AI-heavy, and so is the way we build it.
 

This role owns the delivery cycle: sprint planning, requirements on the wiki, tickets, testing, design review. What makes it different is the method. You will not write forty tickets by hand or click through regression tests manually. You will build and run agents that do the first pass, and your value is in the specification you give them and the judgment you apply to what comes back.

We develop a SaaS platform that leverages product 3D digital twins for e-commerce visualization. Our core system components include a 3D Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, an interactive 3D configurator builder, and a virtual photography studio for generating high-fidelity product images and renders. We utilize Unreal Engine for rendering and deliver our interactive experiences and DAM visualization via pixel streaming to the web.

We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to join our product team full time on a contract basis. In this role, you will own the user experience and interface design across all system components, with a primary focus on UX architecture and usability.

Responsibilities

• Drive Design Strategy: Own the UX and UI for core system components, including the DAM, Configurator builder, Virtual Photo Studio, End User Configurator Reference UI, API integrations and pixel streaming dashboard.

• Iterative Enhancement: Continuously improve our tools interface experiences by integrating the latest technological advancements, user feedback, and market best practices.

• Competitive Analysis: Monitor the landscape of DAM, Streaming and 3D visualization solutions to ensure our platform remains cutting-edge and incorporates industry-leading workflows.

• Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with product management to translate business requirements, sales requests, and user feedback into actionable tasks for the development team.

• Technical Handoff: Develop comprehensive design artifacts and documentation to guide development and establish clear testing criteria for QA.

• Rapid Prototyping: Create interactive, clickable prototypes to validate concepts and present proposed solutions to business stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• Robust Portfolio: Demonstrated past work highlighting complex system design. Experience with DAMs, 3D web visualization, or comprehensive e-commerce platforms is highly preferred.

• Tool Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite, with strong interactive prototyping capabilities.

• Communication: Native-level fluency in written and spoken English. Must be highly available for collaboration and meetings during standard US business hours.

• Development Handoff: Proven track record of seamless developer collaboration and efficient design handoff.

• Stakeholder Management: Excellent ability to assess needs, present concepts, and manage expectations across technical and business teams.

• Platform Versatility: Deep experience designing responsive web for desktop, tablet and mobile.

Bonus Qualifications:

About the Role
We're opening a Automation QA position to strengthen our quality assurance team. Our product includes AI-driven functionality, so you'll be working on testing both traditional application flows and AI/LLM-based features. We're looking for someone who can independently define test coverage, write and maintain reliable autotests, and dig into the root cause when tests fail — practical skills and independence matter more than years on paper.

Requirements

• 3+ years of overall QA experience, including 2+ years specifically in test automation
• Strong, hands-on command of TypeScript and confident knowledge of JavaScript
• Solid experience with Playwright
• Practical experience automating both UI and API testing
• Experience working with Git
• Experience running automated tests in CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to independently determine test coverage, design test scenarios, and analyze the causes of test failures
• A second programming language is not required

Nice to Have

• Experience testing AI/LLM and RAG-based systems: validating knowledge-base retrieval, checking that responses align with source data, detecting hallucinations, and verifying correct behavior when relevant data is missing
• Experience using AI assistants to help prepare test scenarios, write autotests, and analyze failures — with a clear understanding of the generated code and a habit of always verifying the output before relying on it

We’re hiring a full-stack engineer who builds with agents to ship features end-to-end across the client’s live video platform (React, Java, Python, AWS) and help shape how our unified team runs an agentic SDLC – defining what agents own, what engineers own, and how work moves between them.

• Daily, hands-on agentic development today. You delegate real work to agents and know where they break.
• A concrete, detailed view of where the SDLC is heading: step by step, which jobs agents own, which jobs people own, and why.
• Fast, critical validation of agent output: reading diffs, writing tests that catch what agents miss, knowing when to throw work away.
• Practical LLM knowledge: context management, prompting, tool use, RAG, evals.
