Position: Performance Marketer at K&K Media

Location: Fully Remote (preferably candidates from Ukraine)

Working Hours: from 13:00 to 21:00 (Kyiv time), availability until 22:00-00:00 (in mobile mode) just in case any questions arise. All tasks and ad optimizations will be handled during regular working hours.

We are seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager specialized in Meta and TikTok advertising. The role involves managing ad campaigns, tracking, and working with attribution models, Triple Whale, Hyros, GA4, and etc.

Responsibilities:

• Design and manage comprehensive advertising campaigns on Meta, Google and TikTok.
• Ensure effective budget management and ad performance tracking.
• Collaborate with our team to develop and refine media buying strategies.

• Interact with colleagues&clients to optimize ad spend and increase ROI.

   

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing projects for Tier-1 markets.
• Fluent in English (B2+), with excellent communication skills.
• Strong track record in media buying within e-commerce and/or educational product sectors.
• Hands-on experience with analytics platforms such as Triple Whale, Hyros and similar tools.
• Practical experience working with TikTok Shop, Pinterest, including campaign management and performance optimization.

• High level of self-organization, independence, and proactive attitude.
