About the role
We are looking for a Senior Mobile Engineer to maintain and optimize native iOS and Android voice and messaging applications, with a strong focus on Swift (70%) and Kotlin (30%), while leading Proof of Concept work to evaluate migration toward React Native. GlobalLogic Ukraine is inviting a Trainee iOS Software Developer to join its Lviv office.

You will be part of a team that creates new applications and supports existing ones for the client’s internal and external users.

Please note that this position requires working on-site from the Lviv office every day.

We cooperate with one of the world’s leading manufacturers of construction tools and providers of related services.

The project is an SDK that implements a customer communication protocol built on top of BLE GATT. It encapsulates interaction with tools over BLE and provides additional services.

In addition, you will be involved in the design and development of applications that utilize this SDK and provide an excellent user experience for customers.

Requirements

We’re looking for a strategic and experienced Head of Account Management — someone who knows how to scale commercial operations, build high-performing teams, and turn key partnerships into long-term revenue engines. As we launch and scale our slot portfolio across the market, you will take ownership of the AM function, lead relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 operators, and align our commercial strategy with aggressive business goals.

What you’ll do

• Lead and develop the team: Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing Account Management team;
• Define AM strategy: Shape and execute a scalable account strategy aligned with company revenue goals;
• Drive commercial growth: Maximize revenue across all accounts, identifying upsell opportunities, new strategic partnerships, and promo activations;
• Manage strategic relationships: Act as the primary high-level partner for key clients, including Tier 1 and Tier 2 operators and aggregators;
• Monitor performance & KPIs: Set clear targets, track critical business metrics (GGR, NGR), and continuously optimize results;
• Oversee execution: Direct smooth integrations, product launches, and promotional campaigns across partner platforms;
• Cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Tech, Compliance, and Finance to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction;
• Lead negotiations: Drive high-stakes commercial deals, negotiations, and contract renewals;
• Optimize operations: Improve internal AM processes, reporting systems, and overall operational efficiency as we scale.

What you bring

• iGaming leadership: 5+ years of experience in iGaming account management, with a proven track record in a Senior / Lead / Head role;
• Tier 1 & Tier 2 expertise: Deep network and hands-on experience managing top-tier operators, aggregators, and key platform partners;
• Team-scaling background: Proven track record of building, mentoring, and scaling commercial or account management teams;
• Data-driven mindset: Fluent in key metrics (GGR, NGR, LTV, retention) and experienced with BI/analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar);
• Product & integration grasp: Solid understanding of technical integrations, compliance requirements, and slot performance mechanics;
• Master negotiator: Exceptional commercial acumen, persuasive communication, and high-level negotiation skills;

What you’ll do

• Drive commercial success: Take full ownership of B2B sales and account expansion during our market launch phase;
• Build and execute pipeline: Identify, negotiate with, and onboard key iGaming operators, aggregators, and platforms;
• Become a strategic partner: Work closely with operator casino managers to secure optimal lobby positioning, prominent game placement, and targeted promotional campaigns;
• Align product with performance: Analyze performance data (GGR, NGR, bets, active players) to spot growth opportunities and feed market insights back to product and leadership teams;
• Represent the brand: Be the face of the company at major industry events, expos, and client meetings, building long-term trust and high-value industry connections;
• Shape commercial processes: Help build our sales playbook, commercial terms, and account management framework as we scale.

What you bring

• Proven track record: 4+ years of B2B Sales / Account Management experience within a slot provider, aggregator, or top-tier iGaming ecosystem;
• Established network: Strong, active contacts with casino operators, CRM heads, and platform decision-makers;
• Launch mindset: Experience taking a product or portfolio to market from scratch (or driving massive growth in an early-stage environment);
• Data-driven & business-smart: Deep understanding of key industry metrics (GGR, NGR, RTP impact, lobby visibility, promotion ROI) and how to negotiate win-win commercial deals;
• Product passion: You genuinely understand slot mechanics, player preferences, and what makes a game perform in different markets;
• Exceptional communication: Confident, persuasive, and adept at negotiating complex deals with both operational teams and C-level stakeholders;
