VIP CRM Lead

We are an iGaming company in a phase of rapid growth, seeking a VIP CRM Lead who will balance strategic leadership and hands-on execution in roughly equal measure.
 

In this role, you will independently identify challenges and growth opportunities, generate ideas, determine how to resolve underperforming areas, and translate these into clear, actionable tasks for the team.
 

Leveraging your expertise, you will take ownership of part of the execution, while your team supports you in delivering large-scale initiatives and processes.
 

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in CRM, including at least 1 year in a Lead/Team Lead role
• Experience working with VIP and high-value segments
• Strong proficiency in the Gr8 CRM platform
• Analytical mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Team management and delegation skills
• Experience in backlog building and task prioritization
   

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage the backlog of VIP CRM initiatives
• Prioritize tasks based on their impact on key metrics (LTV, retention, ARPU) and available resources
• Develop segmentation and personalized communication flows
• Lead the team: set objectives, monitor deadlines, and drive employee development
• Conduct A/B tests, analyze results, and scale successful hypotheses
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Support teams
