About the Role

We are looking a Business Development Team Lead to drive our B2B growth initiatives in the iGaming industry. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the business development strategy, building and mentoring a high-performing team, and ensuring sustainable revenue growth through strategic partnerships.   Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of B2B business development experience in the iGaming industry, including at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Extensive knowledge of iGaming platform solutions and casino content providers is essential.
• Deep understanding of iGaming products, platforms, content providers, and monetization models is a must.
• Proven track record of scaling partner networks and achieving commercial KPIs.
• Strong leadership, team management, and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate or higher); additional languages are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and deliver full-stack solutions using React, TypeScript, Python, and FastAPI
• Take ownership of features from idea to production (including design, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring)
• Design and implement scalable backend systems using PostgreSQL
• Build new microservices from scratch, including infrastructure configuration using Terraform and Helm

MUST-HAVE'S:

- 5+ years of experience in administering/DevOps role;

- Bare metal servers setup (remote);

- High-load product experience;

- Linux/Unix environment;

- Docker, Docker Swarm and Kubernetes.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with Cloud solutions (AWS, GCP, or any other);
- Automatic deployment tools such as Ansible, Terraform;
- Proven expertise with databases as: MySQL, PostgresSQL, Redis, Mongo (Clickhouse is a plus);
- Monitoring tools (Grafana/Prometeus/CloudWatch etc.);
- Logging tools (ELK stack etc.);
- Networking: network topologies and common network protocols and services (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP(S), SSH, SMTP, IPMI, L2/L3 layers);
- Message brokers such as Kafka, RabbitMQ etc;
