In this role, you will
- Analyze user behavior, product performance, and trends to provide actionable insights that shape product strategy and roadmap
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define critical product metrics, set success benchmarks, and develop dashboards to track ongoing performance
- Perform cohort analyses, funnel evaluations, A/B test assessments, and churn investigations to uncover growth opportunities and user friction points
- Build scalable SQL queries, data models, and BI dashboards (e.g., in Tableau, Looker, Power BI) to support self-serve analytics and empower team autonomy
- Conduct product research to support strategic decisions and new feature development
Itβs all about you- 3+ years of experience in product analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis, ideally in tech
- Strong understanding of product metrics, unit economics, and user behavior analysis
- Ability to translate business questions into data problems and data insights into product recommendations
- Advanced SQL: ability to write complex queries for large, distributed datasets
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation design
- Strong skills in Python or R for statistical analysis, modeling, and automation
- Familiarity with data warehousing and analytics engineering tools (e.g., dbt)
