• Proven experience leading a technical support or live operations team, ideally in a 24/7 environment

What requirements are important for this role:

-At least one year of experience in a relevant position, focusing on service development and internal tooling;

-Familiarity with automating and deploying in cloud environments like AWS or GCP;

-Basic knowledge of infrastructure-as-code practices with tools like Terraform, including familiarity with services such as EKS, RDS, and VPC Networking;

-Understanding of application monitoring and observability tools, e.g., Datadog;

-Experience with CI/CD pipeline automation tools like GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or ArgoCD;

-Competency in developing software with languages such as Go, Typescript, Python, or similar;

FitMe is perfect for busy people who want to maintain their health, boost energy levels, and feel good every day — without going to the gym or spending hours on exercise.
 

What you will do:

• Create, optimize & scale advertising campaigns to maximize profit (Meta mostly) + have understanding of Tik Tok, Snapchat and other media sources peculiarities (Pinterest, Reddit etc)
• Analyze the performance of advertising campaigns using various BI tools, and optimize accordingly
• Monitor user behavior and LTV and gain insights from users data, provide regular reporting on results, share these insights with creative producers and product marketing managers
• Follow trends on the platforms, competitor’s activities and suggest ideas for implementation in creative strategy
• Keeping up to date with the latest UA strategies and technologies and suggest in improving solutions
• Generation of creative ideas together with the CP and PMM teams
• Research of the target audience within the context of performance marketing (its characteristics, interests, behavior, and pain points).
   

Key qualifications:

• Experience at least 1 years with paid acquisition on Meta (priority).
• Expertise in web2web acquisition and subscription models
