Project Manager

Codebridge is looking for a proactive, structured, and detail-oriented Project Manager who will drive the planning and delivery of software development projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth execution within scope and timelines for international clients in fintech, healthcare, and e-learning domains across the EU and US markets. 

Responsibilities: 

• Work within the Agile (Scrum) methodology to assist with the planning, management, and execution of application development or UI/UX projects 
• Develop and implement standards for the development and release management process 
• Assist with the coordination of release and sprint planning 
• Clarify and analyze requirements (requirements documentation, user story, task preparation) 
• Help product owner with prioritization and managing of backlog  
• Participating in roadmap development, its execution control 
• Take responsibility and tailor the best solution in terms of scope 

Requirements:  

• Experience of work as PM/BA not less than 1 year  
• Strong expertise in Software Development Life Cycle 
• Working experience with SCRUM methodology 
• Technical background is mandatory 
• Ownership approach and problem-solving skills 
• Attentiveness to details and analytical thinking 
• Excellent presentation and communication skills 
• English — Upper-Intermediate or higher
