    As a  Growth Marketing Manager B2B, you will own performance-driven lead generation across online media, external placements, and targeted campaigns.

    Online Media Ownership

    • Own online placements end-to-end: negotiation, messaging, assets, launch, lead delivery to BDRs
    • Control positioning, creatives, and CTAs aligned with ICP
    • Manage budget and continuously optimize based on CPL, MQL quality, and ROI
    • Report weekly on MQL volume, performance, and insights

    Omnichannel Campaign Execution
