    RedDuck is a fast-growing software development company specializing in Web3 and blockchain solutions. We are in the exciting process of transitioning from a founder-driven organization to a more structured and scalable operation. Our team currently consists of about 16 talented engineers and product experts, with plans to expand to 25+ in the near future.

    We have built a reputation for delivering high-quality software, backed by a strong technical team that values clean, efficient engineering. As we scale up, we are focused on improving our delivery predictability, margin control, quality assurance, and client communication. RedDuck’s culture emphasizes innovation, transparency, and continuous improvement, setting the stage for leaders to drive real change.

    Role Overview

    We are looking for an experienced Senior Delivery Manager to take ownership of project delivery across all our active client accounts. In this role, you will be the central hub for everything related to project execution - implementing and enforcing delivery standards, ensuring clear scope definition and change management, and maintaining client satisfaction through consistent, reliable delivery (especially on fixed-price projects). You will work full-time and fully remotely, coordinating closely with our leadership team to make sure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at the highest quality standards.

    As Senior Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in formalizing and optimizing RedDuck’s delivery processes. This means improving margin predictability, tracking key performance metrics, and mentoring project teams in best practices. You’ll help put systems in place so that our founders and engineers can focus on their core responsibilities without daily micromanagement. If you thrive on creating order, driving project success, and building processes from the ground up, this role offers the chance to make a profound impact on the entire company.

    Responsibilities

    • Own the delivery of multiple software projects - manage each project end-to-end, ensuring they meet agreed timelines, scope, and budget while exceeding client expectations.
    • Maintain a consistent delivery cadence - drive daily asynchronous updates and lead weekly planning/review calls (demo meetings) to keep teams and clients aligned and informed.
    • Manage scope, change logs, and risks - clearly define project scope and handle change management, maintaining an up-to-date change log and proactively identifying and mitigating risks before they become issues.
    • Coordinate with leadership on resources and escalations - work closely with the Engineering team (CTO) and CEO on resource planning and promptly escalate critical issues or decision points to leadership to keep projects on track.
    • Track and report on delivery KPIs - monitor key delivery metrics such as schedule predictability, product quality, and project gross margin. Provide transparent reporting and insights to the team and leadership, using data to drive continuous delivery improvement.
    • Ensure clarity and accountability - establish clear responsibilities, deadlines, and expectations across project teams. Facilitate effective communication and accountability so that everyone always knows the project status and next steps.

    Requirements

    • 5-10 years of relevant experience – a proven track record of leading complex software projects, navigating cross-functional teams, and consistently delivering high-impact results.
    • Previous hands-on experience as a business analyst or software developer - essential for understanding technical constraints, communicating with engineers, and evaluating delivery scope.
    • Experience in an IT outsourcing environment - comfortable managing projects for external clients, handling multiple stakeholders, and changing requirements.
    • Proven ability to manage client expectations and complex projects - you can juggle multiple projects and navigate scope changes while keeping clients happy and projects successful.
    • Strong communication and organization skills - excellent at written and verbal communication, documentation, and stakeholder management. You are highly organized and can coordinate teams across different functions.
    • Independent and process-driven - ability to work with minimal direction and establish processes from scratch. You take the initiative to set up structure and best practices where none exist.
    • Fluent English - comfortable leading meetings, writing reports, and discussing requirements with English-speaking clients.
    • Bonus: Experience in Web3/blockchain projects or working in early-stage startup teams is a plus (but not required).

    What RedDuck Offers

    • Direct impact: A chance to shape the company’s delivery structure from the ground up. Your ideas and leadership will directly influence how we operate as we grow.
    • Delivery culture ownership: You’ll play a key role in shaping a culture of ownership and accountability within the development team. You’ll implement clear, scalable delivery processes that help engineers work with clarity, consistency, and responsibility, raising overall quality without relying on ad hoc controls.
    • Autonomy: High level of trust and autonomy to build scalable delivery systems and standards.
    • Flat hierarchy: A flat organizational structure with direct access to C-level leadership. You’ll work closely with the CEO and CTO, with your voice heard at the highest levels.
    • Remote-first culture: We are a remote-first company - work from anywhere with flexible hours. We value results and communication, not clock-watching.

    Ready to Join RedDuck?

    At RedDuck, we value independent leaders who can take initiative and drive results without constant oversight. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment with high ownership, you’ll fit right in with our mission to build an organization that succeeds without micromanagement. Sound like you? We’d love to hear from you - apply now to become our Senior Delivery Manager and help shape the future of RedDuck’s delivery excellence.

    FlexMade is looking for an Email Marketing / Marketing Automation Specialist to join a long-term project for a U.S.-based digital media company.

    This role is focused on email marketing operations and automation inside Blueshift CDP, including building email flows, working with user segments, personalization logic, and ensuring high-quality delivery.
    It is not a pure HTML email development role β€” most of the work happens through automation, logic configuration, and low-code tools within the CDP.

    Team & collaboration format

    • The email/automation team currently consists of 4 people (team lead + 3 specialists).
    • Long-term collaboration is expected.

    How the work is structured

    Most day-to-day tasks are performed inside Blueshift CDP, a large platform for email marketing and automation.

    The role includes working with:

    • email sequences and automation flows;
    • user segmentation (e.g., users interested in Health, Money, Universities, etc.);
    • automation logic, including:
      • first email β†’ delay β†’ follow-up;
      • if / else conditions;
      • triggers based on user actions on the website;
      • time-based sends after specific events.

    Low-code & visual configuration

    A significant part of the role involves low-code and visual setup, such as:

    • working with drag-and-drop editors;
    • selecting and configuring existing templates;
    • setting conditions for when specific content blocks are displayed
      (e.g., different images or messages depending on the scenario or segment).

    About templates and technical work

    This role is not about constant manual HTML email coding or working in a code editor all day.

    • Most templates are simple, classic newsletter formats:
      • no complex animations,
      • no parallax or unstable effects.
    • In many cases, templates are configured directly inside the platform using visual tools.
    • HTML / CSS / Liquid are still important, but mainly for:
      • adapting and fine-tuning templates;
      • configuring personalization and dynamic content;
      • fixing bugs;
      • testing and quality control.

    What kind of specialist we are we looking for

    The ideal candidate:

    • feels comfortable working with CDPs and email marketing platforms;
    • can logically and carefully build and maintain email automations;
    • is highly detail-oriented and quality-focused:
      • correct segmentation,
      • relevant content for the right audience,
      • avoiding situations where users receive incorrect or irrelevant emails;
    • communicates proactively, asks clarifying questions, and aligns decisions with stakeholders β€” rather than executing tasks blindly.

    Communication & English

    • At the beginning, there will be a lot of live communication, including:
      • video calls,
      • discussions around automation logic,
      • joint setup of initial scenarios.
    • Therefore, confident spoken English is required, not just written communication.
