About the Role

We're looking for an IT Support Specialist / Technical Support Specialist who doesn't need to be told twice — someone practical, reliable, and comfortable taking a request, understanding what's needed, and getting it done without hand-holding. This isn't a software development role — it's a hands-on position focused on configuration, setup, troubleshooting, and technical administration, where following a guide correctly and completing tasks independently matters more than writing code.

You'll take routine technical work off the management team's plate entirely — handling requests quickly, correctly, and without needing to be chased. If something's unclear, you ask the right question once and then run with it.

What You'll Do

Setup & Configuration

• Set up and configure new Telegram accounts, including registration and security according to company procedures
• Configure and maintain VoIP services — setting up new numbers, routing calls, and making sure incoming calls actually work
• Set up email accounts and email security according to internal guides and security requirements
• Configure user accounts, permissions, authentication methods, 2FA, and other basic security settings
• Assist with RDP, VPN, and remote-access configuration
• Set up and configure basic business software, online services, and technical tools

Troubleshooting & Support

• Troubleshoot routine technical issues reported by employees — quickly and without unnecessary escalation
• Follow internal technical documentation and configuration guides accurately, every time
• Escalate more complex technical issues when specialist support is genuinely required — you know the difference between "I can solve this" and "this needs an expert"

Ownership & Documentation

• Maintain basic documentation of configurations, accounts, access, and completed tasks — so nothing lives only in your head
• Assist with onboarding new employees from an IT perspective, including account and system setup
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding technical requests to make sure nothing falls through the cracks
• Support the company with other general IT and technical administration tasks as needed — you don't wait for a perfectly scoped ticket to be useful

Who You Are

• You have 1–3+ years of experience in IT support, technical support, system administration, or a similar role
• You have a good understanding of basic IT infrastructure — user accounts, networking, email systems, and security fundamentals
• Experience with Telegram, VoIP, email administration, RDP, VPNs, and cloud-based services is a strong advantage
• You can follow technical documentation and configuration guides accurately — precision matters more than improvisation here
• You have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills — you don't just follow steps, you understand why they work
• You're comfortable working independently, taking real ownership of assigned tasks without needing constant check-ins
• You have good attention to detail, especially when it comes to security and access permissions — small mistakes here have real consequences

Working Style

We're looking for someone who is hands-on, responsive, and solution-oriented. Many of the tasks will be relatively simple individually, but they need to be completed quickly and correctly, every time. You should be able to receive a request like "set up three new Telegram accounts" or "configure this VoIP service according to the guide," understand exactly what's needed, complete it independently, and confirm once it's done — no follow-up required from management's side.

The goal is simple: a dedicated technical person who takes ownership of day-to-day IT requests, so management never has to spend time coordinating or pushing routine tasks forward.

• Figure out why deals are lost and adjust the process based on data

• Report to the CEO on revenue forecast and blockers

   

What we're looking for

• 5+ years in B2B sales, 1+ year leading a sales team (agency/IT background is a big plus)
• You're actively selling right now, not someone who stepped away from closing 2 years ago
• 2+ years selling digital marketing services: SEO, PPC, Google Ads, LSA, websites, lead generation
• Home services experience (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical) is a strong plus
• Full sales cycle: discovery → qualification → presentation → objections → proposal → follow-up → closing
• You can speak to your own numbers: quota, close rate, average deal size, sales cycle, MRR/ARR
• Experience with CRM (HubSpot or similar), pipeline, dashboards
• Hands-on Upwork experience is a plus
• English C1+, natural American-style business communication (not scripted)
• Willing to work US hours (coverage through 6–8pm ET is a plus)

Location isn't critical  — we consider candidates from Ukraine, Eastern Europe, and Latin America (Colombia, Mexico, Argentina). What matters is communication, US cultural fluency, track record, agency experience, and ownership.
