About the Role:

As an Application Support Engineer on the Bringg team, you will own end-to-end resolution of technical and product issues for large international customers. You will work closely with customer success, solutions experts, and R&D to investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, validate fixes, and drive improvements in a mission-critical platform. This role offers autonomy in case management, real influence on product stability and usability, and opportunities to apply technical depth in SQL, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
