Задачі та зони відповідальності:

• Забезпечити повне управління та розвиток одного найбільшого стратегічного партнера компанії: сформувати стратегію, контролювати P&L та вивести напрям на планові фінансові показники;
• Налагодити глибоку аналітику та щоденну звітність: моніторити маржинальність, CR, EPC, LTV, Retention, Fraud rate та актуалізувати дашборди;
• Виявити та усунути аномалії: швидко знаходити причини просадок у конверсіях, зупиняти втрати прибутку та мінімізувати операційні ризики;
• Сформувати та перевірити гіпотези щодо оптимізації воронок, GEO, джерел трафіку (FB, PPC, Bing тощо), оферів, капів та ставок;
• Провести комерційні переговори щодо покращення умов співпраці, розширення капів та вибиття ексклюзивних ставок, спираючись на аналітичні дані;
• Організувати крос-функціональну взаємодію з командами Media Buying, BI, Product, Finance, Anti-fraud та Tech для оперативного впровадження змін та інтеграцій.

Що для нас важливо:

• Досвід: від 3 років в Affiliate / Performance Marketing / Key Account Management;
• Досвід з великими обсягами: обов'язковий практичний досвід управління великим партнером або проектом із високим чеком/фінансовим оборотом;
• Просунута аналітика: впевнене володіння Excel / Google Sheets (зведені таблиці, складні формули, обробка великих масивів даних). Уміння будувати звіти та інтерпретувати дані;
• Глибоке розуміння метрик: Revenue, ROAS/ROI, CPA, EPC, CR, LTV, Retention, Approval rate, Fraud/Chargeback rate, Unit-економіка;
• Технічний бекграунд: розуміння принципів атрибуції, трекінгу, Postback, UTM-міток, API-інтеграцій та причин розбіжностей у даних;
• Розуміння джерел трафіку: досвід аналізу воронок у розрізі сорсів (Facebook, PPC, Bing, Member area тощо);
• Mindset: сильне системне мислення, Ownership та вміння аргументувати будь-які рішення цифрами.

• Досвід персонального ведення стратегічного партнера з обсягом від $1 000 000 на місяць;
• Досвід роботи з BI-системами (Power BI, Tableau, Looker / Looker Studio) та автоматизацією звітності;

We are looking for a Senior UA Manager (Google Ads) to own and scale our Google Ads big monthly budget, drive 2-3x growth in scale while keeping CPA and ROAS within target, and shape the testing roadmap across creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies together with our Creative and Product Marketing teams. In this role, you will

• Own and manage traffic acquisition in Google Ads (App campaigns/UAC and Web/PMax/Search), from hypothesis testing to scaling
• Scale the Google Ads direction 2-3x from the current budget while staying within defined KPIs (CPA/ROAS/ROMI)
• Build and execute a testing roadmap covering creatives, audiences, keywords/signals, and budget strategies, selecting optimal placements for each campaign type
• Build and optimize test structures and scaling rules and criteria for campaigns, monitoring CPA and ROI on a daily basis
• Work closely with Creative and PMM teams to generate and validate new hypotheses specific to Google Ads (app and web)
• Analyze and optimize campaigns based on data (AppsFlyer, Tableau, Google Analytics/Firebase), identifying growth opportunities and risks across different traffic sources (app/web)
   

It's all about you

• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing for mobile apps (video streaming/live/social apps is a plus)
• Hands-on experience buying traffic in Google Ads (Web/Web2app/App campaigns), from launch to scaling 
• Experience managing budgets above $300K per month within the Google channel
• Deep understanding of Google Ads algorithm mechanics (Smart Bidding, tCPA/tROAS, signals)
• Solid knowledge of unit economics, cohort analysis, and key performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV, Retention)
• Experience working with MMPs and attribution (AppsFlyer/Adjust), understanding attribution logic
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, AppsFlyer, Google Analytics/Firebase) for data-driven analysis and decision-making
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English proficiency

• Experience with other search networks
• Experience automating campaign launches, testing, and reporting with AI tools (Google Ads API, Google Ads Scripts)
